AVOID - no delivery no response

Communication prior to order very responsive. ZERO communication after order when trying to see why ordered items not delivered. Item ordered not delivered after weeks. Was meant to be 5-7 business days. Avoid.

These people are nothing but SCAMMERS

AVOID THEM AT ANY TIME.
Purchase was made on the 22nd of November for 2 office desks.
Been advised that 3-5 business days for them to be delivered.

Nothing been delivered till now!!!!!
They claimed it was delivered but no communication at all, sent em over 50 messages and enquiries all ignored.

I have ordered 4 x waiting room chairs…

I have ordered 4 x waiting room chairs for my practice that opens in 1 weeks time. I was advised the ETA was 28/11. I've contacted Sawce several times to ask for an update on this order but no reply. They were quick to respond when I was enquiring about the details of the chairs prior to ordering but now the order has been placed I feel I have been ghosted. I have no idea whether these chairs will turn up eventually or not.

I feel I've been scammed by this site

I feel I've been scammed by this site. Placed an order with no confirmation of delivery times, no communication apart from telling me they are looking into it. Despite numerous attempts to find out if my item is being delivered, no contact details at all except an online form.

Incredibly bad customer service and…

Incredibly bad customer service and onerous return conditions wheteby I lost almost half of the cost of the item when reytirning it AND communication terrible. Time lag too long between request for return details and getting them. WORST online selling platform I have ever used! AVOID!!!!

Ordered two items from the site

Ordered two items from the site. They took the money twice for one order ( they did refund after noting that happens a lot) haven’t received any of my orders. They just keep pushing a tracking number with no update, so have no idea if will get order or how to get my money back. Awful customer services don’t buy from this site lots of alternatives that have delivered on time.

We have looked into your complaint and sincerely apologise for the delay you experienced in receiving your order. We can see that your order was placed on 28 Feb 2025 and delivered on 18 Mar 2025, approximately 3 weeks later. We can also see that the relevant supplier communicated with you via the Sawce platform, but we do understand your frustration with the delay. The relevant supplier explained that the delay was due to Australia Post having experienced delays due to weather conditions. This can happen from time to time. Also, in relation to your comment regarding duplicate charges, your credit card is charged only on checkout when you are completing your order. If the device you use is refreshed before the order processing is complete, it can process that charge twice. These cases are extremely rare, and we have not seen any cases like this in the last few years. And while this is outside our control, we have ensured there is a message displayed on the screen which advises for the screen not to be refreshed while the order is being processed. This is not an issue with the Sawce platform at all but rather just allowing sufficient time for the processing to occur. We hope this clarifies the situation and thank you again for using Sawce, and sincerely apologise once more for the delay you experienced in receiving your order.

Great service and super fast delivery

The customer service team were very helpful and identified the best option for my new sit-stand desk at a great price. Was delivered in quick time just before Christmas. Will definitely be purchasing from Sawce again.

Happy online purchase on Sawce.com.ai

It was the first time I purchased on Sawce and I bought a bed on sale and it also had free delivery. I got a tracking order within a few hours and I got the bed the next day. Very impressed
