It’s a total scam they never emailed me back after they charged me and a couple days later when I try to go back to their website it’s a whole different website. It’s now iron Paul’s some type of pet treats. Smh I hope my bank refund me that money.

Can’t get them to stop sending. Do not buy from this company. Can’t cancel orders on line and are not replying to my emails to cancel

This is a scam. They sign you up to a subscription and it is almost impossible to cancel. No option on their website, so you have to email them and either get no reply or multiple emails asking you why you want to cancel. Even after I was told it was cancelled I continue to be charged and receive product. I have finally received a refund for one order after advising them that I had reported them to my bank and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Still no confirmation of cancellation though!
Can't say if the product works. No obvious signs after I first bought it, and have thrown away the following orders as I assume if the product is anything like the company they are just multivitamins (if that) that do nothing.
Wish I had read the reviews before I bought! Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't purchase from them! They secretly sign you up for subscription and it's hard to cancel. They cheat you everyway possible.

They sell 2 identical products with labeling for 2 different purposes. Given 27 days notice, and an affirmative response via email from the customer rep, they still again shipped the product after I cancelled. When I got a notice 2/6 they "recieved my order" which was a lie, in February I again gave them a second notice prior to shipping. They shipped anyway. I asked for return label and a credit and haven't received a response.

THIS IS A SCAM. Once they have your credit card, the product arrives monthly and it is impossible to stop the charges without cancelling your credit card. You will think you’re buying one bottle, but it is a subscription that is impossible to cancel. DO NOT BUY.

This company is a scam! I bought one bottle and then kept receiving emails that I have ordered more bottles! I did not authorise any payments, other than my original one. When I told them this, they ignored me and said I signed up for a subscription, which I know I didn't! I then told them to cancel my account (as I have no idea where to even cancel this order from??) and they kept asking me random follow up questions, to drag it out... which then resulted in them not cancelling anything and me receiving another charge for another bottle!!!
I have had to cancel my debit card because of the unauthorised payments, but I am still receiving emails about orders!! So scammy! AVOID!

Also, the product doesn't seem legit, I wouldn't trust the ingredients in it

I’ll be honest I didn’t buy the product however, I was very Convinced with ads looking as though it came from a doctor and Would be a benefit, no matter what. Don’t believe everything you see and do your research. everything else I have looked up About this company has bad things.

Terrible company. I bought this product and signed up for a subscription. I had a bad reaction and immediately contacted them. First I got a bot that tried to pull a fast one. Said I needed a doctor's report that stated the reaction and what caused it. Spoke to a human and pointed out that their site states full refund - no questions asked. Well, it's been 2 months and they still promise me a refund every time I call or email and still nothing. I even returned the product and provided them with tracking info. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SKETCHY COMPANY. Not even a company. No brick and mortar. Just a distribution center and a call line.

Worst company ever, you buy some product, unaware when you buy that you automatically sign upto a subscription. There is no option to cancel via their website, so you have to email them.. you get a silly response back trying to ask you to delay the subscription rather than cancel. I had to contact my bank, thankfully they reimbursed me and blocked this company. SCAM

Would give zero if I could! They are a complete scam! Run away as fast as you can. I did not sign up for subscription but keep sending this crap. Have emailed several times but no response.

I totally agree with all the other reviews that this company is a SCAM! I keep getting bottles and I do not have a subscription. They will not honor their refund policy and at this point I just wish they would quit sending me this worthless junk. I am now in small claims court trying to get out of this mess. Buyer Beware!!

This is a total scam! Do NOT purchase even one bottle because they will gaslight you and tell you that you ‘mistaking’ signed up for a subscription with no confirmation of how many bottles they will charge you for.

Call your banking institution immediately and put a block on this scam.

i supposedly had ticked the auto correct and e mailed this company to cancel yet they will not respond and keep trying to charge my card. Stay away they are totally fraudulent .

Do not give this company your card number. They will put you on a subscription and make it impossible to cancel.

Scam. You purchase once and they continue to deduct money thereafter. They don’t reply to emails, customer service is non existent. Avoid.

Only gave one star as I was unable to give zero. I have emailed this company multiple times and will be seeking some sort of legal counsel if possible. I have emailed them multiple times asking for the “subscription” that I never signed up for to be cancelled, only to have them repeatedly attempt to charge my card. Cancelled that card, and they somehow have the new card number and continue to attempt to charge it. Fraudulent from the jump in that there is no clear option to cancel whatever subscription/autoship you’re signing up for. You have to email customer service and they continue to jack you around all while charging you repeatedly.

Fraud!!! Don't do it!!! Stay away!!! for 3 months they have kept charging my card. Now I have to get a new card number because of this.

I’ve been calling and emailing since 12/29/25. Thank goodness I have it all in writing! Didn’t get a response from anyone at Sculptique until 1/15/26. Beyond ridiculous the lack of customer service. I’ve called 877-694-1919 numerous times and no one ever answers. I’ve left voicemails on this number as well in addition to the emails, so I have proof of everything.

Sculptique has now billed me AGAIN for an autoship I never knew I signed up for and requested to cancel a month ago. CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION, REFUND MY MONEY AND DO NOT BILL ME AGAIN. 60 day money back guarantee is what your website says! I never knew I was signing up for an autoship in the first place and now it’s been a nightmare trying to cancel it. Do better, Sculptique!
