Bought a Supernova but outputs 1 & 2 crackled. I figured I could just use the other outs, unfortunately they went bad too. Contacted Sector 101 and they had it fixed in about a week. They had to replace the DAC. What a fantastic service. I am going back for a voice upgrade as soon as I can afford it.

The build quality is top notch and it just 'feels good to use'.
There are function buttons for fast configuration of common settings.
The 'user manual' is clean & well thought out.
While the instructions tailor to Windows environment I quickly found a way to use common linux tooling to program it as well(minicom, pv and a bash script for SendFile operation to push RAW data).
The Programming API couldn't be easier & more intuitive and the decision to have all the logic 'embedded' on the device rather than 'pushing' things into it was a wise one so that the 'outboard' requirements to use the ROMulator are basically zero. I mean serial comm has been around since the 80s... and likely decades before that.

Damaged CF Slot on an Alesis Fusion 6HD I was restoring. I had acquired a replacement socket from InMusic, and Brian offered to take a look (as I DON'T have SMD soldering skills). A few days later he sent me picture of the repaired pcb, which followed shortly after. Working PERFECTLY. I have bought Brian's memory products before and absolutely recommend them. Service AND Quality is beyond reproach . . . .

Had the DAC issue on my Supernova2 Rack. Sent it to Brian on Friday the 10th and got it back all fixed up and working perfectly on Tuesday the 14th. Excellent service and kept me informed through out the process. Really good and clear instructions on how to remove the board and package it.

Had a problem with my Supernova II rack module. Made contact with a gent called Brian. Followed the instructions I was given. Posted my PCB to them and within a couple of days, I received it back, working perfectly. Great communication and service. Would highly recommend.

I have a Novation SuperNova II which has been plagued by problems for several years - they were able to identify and resolve four separate issues, keeping me clearly informed throughout the process and ensuring i was happy to proceed with each fix. Received the unit back promptly, fully tested and working perfectly - very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Recently bought a Waveblade and programmer, the product quality, manuals and ease of use is superb.
Using it in conjunction with SY.factory to bring in custom samples its added a whole new dimension of use to a 1990's machine.

I had a defective DAC on the motherboard of my Novation Supernova 2 rack. While disassembling it, I noticed there were other problems due to an earlier repair on an amplifier in close proximity of the DAC. I took a photo and mailed it to Brian from Sector101. Brian was prepared to repair the motherboard and I've sent it to the UK (from Belgium). 10 days later I received the motherboard with repaired DAC, all other problems solved and a nicely cleaned motherboard (looks like new). Once installed, everything works perfect again. Great job done!!! I installed the 24-voice expansion from Sector101 as well, which works perfect also..... THX Brain.

Brian brought both my Supernova II keyboard and rack unit back to life due to the dreaded DAC issue. Being in the US, communication was top notch, very responsive and lightning fast turnaround on the repairs. He also went above and provided additional support on an expansion board I had accidentally (stupidly) nicked traces off and guidance how to fix so all is perfect again. I cannot recommend him enough. Very professional and a true gentleman! Thanks Brian!!!!
