Nightmare.customer service

Asked for refund of £9.99 for not fulfilling next day delivery. Said no.then 4 days from ordered said. Next day delivery is only in uk. Mainland.we need to adjust our website. To make this clear. Nightmate. Customer service cheeky.they have replied and still wont take responsibility. If you are advertising next day delivery and i pay for next day delivery i expect it next day. A sick little girl got out of hospital and needed this as i explained to you. Unbelivable

We must clarify the situation, as responsibility continues to be attributed to us incorrectly.

Your order was placed on Thursday and dispatched the same day. Royal Mail accepted the parcel on time and tracking confirms this. Once handed to the courier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Next Day Delivery applies to the next working day. Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery to Northern Ireland in the same way as UK mainland addresses, and Sunday delivery is not included in this service. These are courier limitations, not a failure to dispatch or customer service.

We apologised for the inconvenience despite having fulfilled our obligations. As the service was used correctly and the delay occurred with the courier, a refund of the delivery fee is not applicable.

Your item is due for delivery on Monday, the next available working day.

We regret that this situation has caused distress, but it is not accurate to describe this as poor customer service or a badly run business when the order was processed, dispatched, tracked, and communicated correctly.

You did NOT purchase a ResMed S9 CPAP machine. The product you personally selected, paid for, and confirmed at checkout was a ResMed S9 H5i Heated CPAP Humidifier without Water Chamber, SKU: REC1159NN01. This item is an accessory only and not a complete CPAP device.

The item delivered fully matches the product ordered. There was no delivery error or incorrect shipment. Unfortunately, this appears to be a misunderstanding at the time of purchase rather than a fulfilment issue.

Publicly stating that an incorrect product was delivered is therefore factually inaccurate and unfairly places responsibility on our business. As a medical equipment supplier, such statements cause direct reputational harm.

We kindly ask that you amend or remove your review to accurately reflect that an accessory was ordered in error, rather than an incorrect delivery having occurred.
