I ordered my very first order last Tuesday. Not only did it ship same day, but it was delivered a day earlier. 🙂 (Friday was the delivery date and I got it Thursday.) So, Thursday I ordered 2 more packs and they said the order would be here Monday and I got it yesterday. I had NO issues with delivery and the strains I got, ( Zkittles + Mochi, Thin Mint Cookies, and Purple Jack), are pure gas. I tried two of the 3 last night and I was high as a kite. 😊 I've found a new dispensary and Smoke Kind has a new satisfied customer. 😁

I ordered a illuminate sugar and it wasn't the fastest processing or shipping but it only took a few days I had no problems receiving my order or with the 30 percent coupon but I can't get a coa on the new clean dabs I guess they don't understand what I'm asking for they replied to my emails also but I was only asking for the hash bar coa which they sent me

Got everything I ordered. There was a delay from weather which coincided with my first purchase from them so it seemed like ti wasnt legit. BUT it is! Got it all, they communicated throughout the process, 100% got my shit delivered. Ordered Jan 27th.

Disrespectful people, everything was seeded and over dry, bought 9 lbs and wasted my money on crap , asked for a discount on my next purchase and they said no, spent 5k and they laughed and said it's not there problem 😑 worse place ever , I recommend to never buy from this sight. I basically paid for 6lbs of seeds , 2lbs of shake, and maybe a lb of bud and stem, all in all total rip off

has any one one the west coast made an order and gotten it it seems ona a Friday in the east coast it gets there

Overall the products are decent but you may have to do some research before buying. Made the mistake of purchasing on an impulse buy and got a few strains that honestly smelled weak straight out of the bag but don't let the smell fool you 😅 they hit get the job done in papers and dry herb vaporizers. Personally had GDP, white willow and LCG for my first order and none smelled that great except for LCG. Not gonna lie, saw how good it was so ordered a second time which is where I had the biggest issue. Order was shipped and arrived quickly, but the biggest issue isy mail driver left a note on the package saying it was too loud and next time it won't go thru (implying there'd be bigger issues). This order was technically better as far as quality ( King Louie, Skywalker and Oreo miniz, all way better than the first order with exception of LCG), but the package almost being intercepted and possibly causing legal problems for me is a huge reason I may have to enjoy what I've bought so far and just find another company to order from.

Long story short, some strains are better than others, but their packaging needs double vacuum sealing like other companies to prevent odors from leaking during transit. This was the only time I ever bought something and was worried of Law enforcement becoming involved

I ordered from this business on the 29th and it still has yet to ship. The company sent an email saying they shipped it but they didn't. The USPS tracking just saying "label created" and it's been like that for damn near a week with no other updates. I've emailed them 5 times, and that includes submitting a ticket via their website and still no reply. They did send another notification saying "it will ship soon" but thats all I've received from them.

SCAM SITE!!!! placed an order for expedite shipping. Not only did I not receive the product, customer service never responded to my countless emails. I contacted my bank to reverse the charges. Awaiting on a refund.

Ordered it over two weeks and never received my order still waiting. No one to answer the phone save your money. F..k this site

I placed a order on the 26th January 2026 and still says pre shipment lable created. I reached out to the post office in NewPort CA. The associate was very helpful and made calls to other coworkers and nearby drop off location to only find out it was never dropped off. Now KindSmoke has replied to my emails stating for me not to worry my product will arrive. How can something arrive which was never dropped off for shipment?! Other items I order from amazon the same day arrived with no issues what so ever actual item count of 8 with the last item delivered yesterday. Kindsmoke has replied to emails but I wish I could attach screenshots. I feel I will have to contact my bank kind smoke rating 1.5/10 and that only because they replied.

I placed an order on Jan 27th, later that day got an mail saying my item had been shipped with tracking number. When I check it just stated shipping label has been created. As of 2/2 still sais the same thing. I tried contacting them, got no email's back. So I'm disputing it from my bank. I used sezzle on top of that so Ill have to keep disputing unless my bank stops the name which I asked. Really dissapointing. If your store dont have the items, don't try scamming ppl. That money will come back to my account.

I ordered a couple vapes paid for express shipping. A label was created at the post office but yet for three days and has been waiting for my items to be dropped off. This is bull crap.

I placed an order was sent the tracking information and my package wasn’t moving I emailed them and was told that usps sometime forget to scan their packages and to email them Monday if I have not received my package and I did, it’s been over 24 hours since I sent them an email and no one had responded back yet. And my package is still saying the same thing waiting to be picked up not one scan since 1/19

I ordered 8 oz of Jungle Gelato and got at least an oz of seeds and found molded buds! They agreed for me to send it back for a refund or exchange and I haven't heard anything back even though the package was delivered to their office over a week ago! I will ever do this again and I will bash this company at every chance I get! Thanks Smoke Kind!!!

I would leave 0 stars if trustpilot would let me. Thier product gives me massive migraine headaches. Now I'm stuck with worthless product that I can't use and they won't do a thing about it. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this sorry ass company

I paid 55 for one bag and 150 for another and literally got the same bud for both and it was cheap looking.

The easiest transaction. Three day shipping. Can't beat it

I just placed my 6th order with SmokeKind late Friday (Eastcoast) and it shipped, to my surprise, the same day. My experience with this company has been nothing less than great, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great deals. Every order I've placed during business hours has shipped same day, and has usually arrived before expected. Items weigh as advertised, if not a gram higher in some cases, and I don't feel anything has been less than expected. I will also say that nothing has come in anything less than good condition, no mold or anything.

You go to SmokeKind for the deals, if you are looking for super premium products this isn't the place. They sell a decent product at a good price. I see too many reviews from people who sound like they were expecting something amazing, without considering how little they were paying.

😐 I ordered Berry Gelato & got 2 strains mixed.🫩 A blind man 👨‍🦯 could see 2 DIFFERENT STRAINS. It was mostly small buds & i DID NOT ORDER SMALLS!!!!🤨😡.
WHATEVER THAT SPRAY IS CRYO OR TERP SPRAY 🤢🤢🤢😷 Makes the flower smell like chemicals. 😎Bosses take LOSSES 🤷🏿‍♂️ 😒GLAD I DIDN'T ORDER A LB!!!😳
