Never opt for Sosh connection
If there was negative feedback, I would have rated -10. Horrible services. Never opt for Sosh connection. They dont do anything they promise. Their customer service is pathetic. The connection is not fast as promised. I was moving out of France and hence wanted to cancel my Sosh connection. Their help page regarding contract termination mentioned that it takes either 10 days to cancel the contract or contract termination will be done on specified date. I had specified a termination date after 10 days. They terminated the connection on the next day of raising the request. It was their mistake. I could not take new connection for just last 1 week in France. When I contacted Sosh customer service for help, for 6 hours they kept on changing the person on the chat. I had to explain each person regarding the issue. Even after repeated requests to cancel the incorrect termination and explaining my situation, they didnt help. Forget about help, they were not even courteous enough to offer any compensation for the mistake they had committed. I repeat. Never opt for Sosh connection. They treat customers like thrash.

I switch from a local fiber provider to Sosh as it was much cheaper - however, the transfer was not smooth a all - Upon installation, it worked for 48 hours and then on Monday morning went dead. Orange was not able to fixe it within a week so I switch to another provide and all worked fine. Wasted time but i thought Orange/Sosh was the best... it is not.

5 engineer visits scheduled ,only 2 of…
5 engineer visits scheduled ,only 2 of the times they actually turned up. First one said fibre box too far away. 3rd one said that's not true but we have to run trunking for the cable. I paid 60 euros to run the trunking and the last 2 appointments they have not turned up. It's an absolute joke. for all i know the work i carried out was not neccessary and the next engineer will say something different. it would have cost about 250 had I not been able to do it myself. It never ceases to amaze me how these companies are able to treat their customers this way.Disgusting. I have lost 3 days work waiting in for these clowns.

It’s a joke. It’s fine if nothing goes wrong. I however was charged monthly for over a year after formally canceling the subscription and I had to fight and go all the way up to the CEO of Orange for reimbursement. Never an apology or any compensation for the hassle and money taken - only a reimbursement cent for cent of the amount taken. Never again.

No internet. Eventually managed to speak to a technician who said we needed a new Livebox. Drove miles, queued for ages as usual in an Orange shop. After installing, no internet. 1 week later, message saying there was an incident an no internet for a fortnight. Message saying all fixed. No internet. New message saying incident and repaired in another 2 weeks. Message saying all fixed. No internet. Spoke to technician. He said line was fine we need a new live box (again). Explained we had just had a new one. He GUARANTEED if I spend another 3 hours getting a new box everything would be OK, and said he'd phone to check. No phone call. NO INTERNET. The story continues . AVOID SOSH AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This is the worst network provider on earth, I would have better internet experience in the bermuda triangle and i live in France. I've spoken to them for the past two weeks, I have no internet at home and they seem to not care. They had organized a meet up at my house tuesday, which apparently had been actually scheduled for thursday, the person never came and then the sosh operator had the audacity to tell us he had come but left... We tried rescheduling for today and said they would call us back, this obviously never happened, the chat has obviously been closed therefore the appointment will never be set. I don't know what to do, they are a useless money thieving company and deserve to be stopped. Spend the extra money and get a proper provider, not this service ran by brainless monkeys, without being disrespectfull to monkeys.
Sort yourselves out, 50pct of reviews are 1 star the ones that ar over 1 star are obviously paid reviews by Sosh, this is a scamm company.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, I was unable to log into my account so was unable to cancel my contact for 9 months and paid hundreds of Euros when I wasn’t receiving any service. The only way I could cancel was to visit an Orange shop and the shop worker agreed that Sosh provides awful customer service.

Appalling service and even worse…
Appalling service and even worse customer service! The platform is staffed with people who struggle to understand and deal with issues, who seem unable or unwilling to help and even leave you on hold or put the phone down when they don't know what to do. My sister has been without internet connection for over 5 weeks now, and is being given the runaround by Sosh. Worse internet provider ever. To be avoided at all costs!

The wi-fi and mobile phone service is normally very good, but we were without wi-fi fpr 3 days recently and this was very inconvenient for my son who was visiting us at the time.
