Ordered 4 x Athena kitchen bar chairs which are really good quality and look great. Very quick delivery time (1 week) although the logistics company (Seur) won’t deliver to a campo address whereas we have never had any problems with other logistics companies who will contact via WhatsApp and deliver to a google maps dropped pin.

Amazing service and a perfect sofa!

I ordered a sofa from Sweeek on Black Friday and was a bit worried about whether it would be comfortable and suitable for my living room. I also had to fly urgently and was concerned it might arrive while I was away.

I contacted customer support, and they replied quickly. They helped me get the shipping prioritised with the delivery company, which was a huge relief. The sofa arrived on time, and I absolutely love it! The assembly was easy, the quality is excellent, and it’s super comfortable. Truly an amazing piece.

Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be buying more from Sweeek!

Delivery FAILS

Customer service is horrible! No help from CS bots after the delivery company LIED about we not being home the first time (October 9th). I sent a second phone number and still no one called and they didn’t deliver my package. today delivery guy claims he can’t access, but didn’t bother to call both numbers i gave. I will have to pick it up because they use Seur and Seur in Spain is HORRID. Never buying from them again. Both sweeek and seur use bots, no humans to ask for help no phone numbers to reach for help. NEVER AGAIN.

I cant reply to ur message but here u have it o6icak3a the number i gave before was the seur tracking number.
