Service was disrupted locally and despite 2 engineer visits service wifi was not resumed and was without wifi at home for 7 weeks - Talk Talk have continued to send emails requesting payment for the 2 months they’ve not provided a service and demanded the amount for early contract release. Despite being compensation eligible they have stated that the 2 months service amounts will be deducted from compensation despite them not fulfilling their side of the contract. Completely disappointing and a very frustrated customer - would absolutely not recommend TalkTalk and would give zero stars if it were an option..

Be careful everyone who’s got talk talk and who’s looking to join talk talk!
I had problem with talk talk business broadband, about 1 month doing different different settings over the phone and then they sent new router to us, still the problem didn’t solve, after that we had to book engineer out, engineer spotted router is faulty (1 week before talk talk supplied new Faulty Router) and they charged us over the £200 for that visit, talk talk said if your router or main BT socket faulty they I need to pay for engineer charges,
Router and Bt socket are supplied by talk talk so why do we need to pay charges that not your equipment!

Today's call with "Customer Services" resulted in a new estimated timeframe of 3-5 working days from today.
Still no contact from Rebecca or Fran in the Customer Experience Team.
If you are looking for business FTTP/FTTC and require static IP addresses PLEASE do yourself a favour and look anywhere except TalkTalk Business.... you will thank me.

After many times of contacting talk talk business and giving them every verification bar payment method – it used to be direct debit but that was cancelled then I paid by payment link, which they deny. They refuse to contact me or even entering into discussions about my contract. I have had numerous emails asking if I want to renew my account which ends on the 26th of February 2026. I do not and wanted confirmation, none of which was forthcoming. I still do not know whether TalkTalk will renew my contract without my permission (as a rolling contract) as I cannot get past the verification process. All this is very frustrating especially when you wait on the telephone approximately one hour to speak to somebody. Apparently customer service are unable to put you through to a supervisor as they have not got all the authentication they need – and I need phone back when I have all the authentication, which to me is pathetic.
The customer service is terrible, the communication is terrible. The only time they are any good is when they want your money for the bill. I would not recommend this company at all.

I have been "Discussing" a problem with TalkTalk business that has been ongoing since September 2025.
I was emailed about an "Early bird discount" if I resigned up with their service. What a big mistake that was.
I didn't get the discount, no problem, I emailed in to ask why. This is when the problems begun.
The helpdesk has no idea what I was talking about and was continually called. When I missed their call, I got an email saying "Oh we missed you, just reply to this email"
So I replied to the email with all the relevant info, emails etc.
They called me back, I missed their call (I spend most of the day on the phone). They sent me an email saying "Just respond to this email"
I responded to the email asking not to be called, because there is a high chance I will miss the call.
They called me back
This went on for a few weeks, TalkTalk calling, me responding to their email will all info asking them to email me or use their OWN system.
Nope, just calls, emails saying "We missed you, respond to this email" and tickets in their system saying "I tried to call, but the end user was not there".
I even sent messages in the system that had the same info as the emails I was sending.
Finally was able to pick up a call.
I asked why I was being called, no real response
Was told my bill was fine
I asked if they had looked at any of the info I had sent in. No, the bill was fine.
I asked them to cancel my contract then as they had not honoured what they had sent me. The exact emails saying "Sign up, get a discount" was sent to TalkTalk multiple times. I was told "You will be charged an early termination fee"... Well, I do admit, I lost my rag at that.
"Politely but firmly" told the person to go look at everything I had sent, DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN and I want all correspondence over email so I have a paper trail and to come back to me when they had looked.
Received an email saying "They will look into it and only correspond via email.
I received a phone call... And an email "Sorry we missed your"
I responded to the email with their OWN email saying that TalkTalk would NOT call me...
I am trying to turn this into a complaint as there is clearly something broken with TalkTalk Business service desk here (I started my career at a helpdesk and ran one. This is broken or designed to make the end user give up!)
All complaint emails appear to circle back to the same helpdesk email box.
I finally received an email saying "Sorry, have a discount"
I have asked how did this happen and currently stuck in the same cycle of being ignored. I will not let this go because if its happening to me, its happening to others.
In summary - Actual service and price? Yeah ok
If you need help, good luck or don't bother. Shockingly terrible

I never write any reviews but I think it is only way to be heard by Talk talk business. My contract ended in November but I still haven't cleared with them, it is February! They haven't reminded about my contract ending, however as I know they obligated by law to do that, they just double charged me next month. After contacted them they said they sent reminder but when I said I check all post, spam folders , had been ignored and asked for 30 days cancellation notice. Ok, but after 30 days my contract still hasn't been cancelled. I contacted them again and worker confirmed it has to be cut off a system but still on and my previous complaint has been registered as a ' cancellation request 'only.more than I have been double charged again. I raised a complaint. The worker promised to refund but I haven't received anything from them. After attempting to raise the official complaint I received a copy pasted answer that provided email address doesn't exist in their customer' database so can't be proceed. Of course , because I am not your customer any more! They also refused to send me paper printed answers but continue to send me book thick coloured brochures! So, if you have a lot of spare time and strong nerves this company is right for you! Polite and friendly only at new contract set up stage, all after is only your problem.

Got there eventually.
But no wonder the wait is so long - repeated statements sent by customer services without reading the query responses properly. Advice given not inline with the actual system.
A bit poor to be needing to query an invoice for further charges for a provision I was asked to pay in full for upfront for a two year contract also. This cost should have been accounted for then.
