Good, right sized product for household cleaning. Very effective. Only the steam finishes quickly and uiu have to refill multiple times.
Even with full tank worked only for 15mins.. which is so less to do any work and then u need to wait to wait for some time to let valve cool down to again refill. I returned the product
By the way: I did use the max level of water. As I lost confidence in the product I decided to return the product

It seems likely that less water was used than the maximum amount, one cup instead of three, which is why it only worked for a third of the expected time. I purchased the Teichweise PS2 and have used it. The machine works great and fully meets expectations. I can highly recommend it. Also I had a slight problem and got in contact with the Techweise support organisation in The Netherlands. I received a prompt and very courteous response and the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Great product & great service.

I have a new household-bestie. I received it Friday and cleaned the entire weekend because it was actually fun 😂 I deepcleaned everything from the oven to the toilet and I love that steamcleaner!

Very easy to install and easy to work with this device. Does its job well.
The design of the machine and mop head is not very ideal, and the material of the machine is not as strong as that of ordinary vacuum cleaners, but the rest is OK. I hope it can be durable.
