The product itself is decent, however this was the worst service I have ever experienced. To begin with, nobody from the company reached out to me in advance to inform me that my package will be split into three and every day I was expected to receive one box! So every day I was notified on the previous night that one box will come the next day, which is very inconvenient if you have already planned your days ahead! Absolutely miserable service, I will never buy from this website again!

horrible site and service i bought a cat tracker and only AFTER i purchased the tracker it said i need to spend another additional 1000dkk for a subscription so the tracker actually works? what bullshit is that

I have never had such a frustrating experience with an online purchase.

I ordered a garden furniture set from TecTake, and from day one, it has been nothing but problems. First, the package arrived incomplete — missing all the screws and bolts required for assembly, along with no manual.

After days of back-and-forth emails (each taking a full day to get a reply), they finally sent a replacement — only for it to include the wrong screws and still no proper instructions. Then I found critical parts missing (clips, feet, steel frame pieces), which again took more time to request.

Now, after weeks of wasted time, I’ve discovered that they sent the wrong box entirely. Instead of Box D (which should have completed the set), I received a completely unrelated box with two chairs that don’t belong with the rest of the set.

To top it all off, they’ve stopped responding to my messages. No resolution, no pickup of the wrong item, and no sign of the missing correct parts. I'm left with an incomplete, unusable product and a pile of boxes on my patio.

This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when ordering from TecTake.

This table does not fit in all the balconies or terrace. We called to have some sort of solution and we had nothing in return and now we are stock with a useless table that even though pretty it didn't serve what it was supposed to do. The only thing I can do now it's trying to sell it an specifically point out that is for only some kind of terrace, something that the COMPANY should have declare in the description of the product.

Great prices, lots of options, fast delivery and manageable packaging. Bought a garden lounge set that came in three boxes, which were possible to carry from pickup.
Despite the overly edited product pictures on the website, product matches in real life.
Easy options for delivery with flexibility.
Overall product is excellent value for money although the cushions slide around a little too much.
