Awful and slow!
Ordered a gift for my little kid a few days before Black Friday as it was on a really good price. I got a mail it was sent on 27th November and that it will arrive by 30th November. A week later the courier still haven't received the package and tekinkdele said they will refund my order. I do not want a refund. I want what I paid for for the price I paid! Now it is already much higher. And I want it a week ago, as stated when ordering. Awful customer experience. Not to mention half of their customer support links don't work so it is a hell figuring out how to get in touch with them.

I will not buy anything from here again
The worst service I had for a long time. I did not receive any confirmation email after the purchase. Then many weeks later they sent the item to my old address, which was probably from a previous purchase. After the two delivery attempt to my old address, I could finally track the budbee car and got it directly from the delivery person. This was a month after I ordered it. I would never ever purchase anything from this website.
Update: Blaming the customer for the clumsy service lost one more star.

Ordered an item listed as "in stock". 5 days later it still hadn't shipped. Their Customer support's explanation was "our website says we ship within 5-7 days". I don't understand why it wpuld take 7 business days to ship a cable, but since we were only at day 5 I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they're busy or tired.
Today is day 7 and I have duly received an email stating that the item hasn't shipped yet, because it's not in stock - yet their sussy looking website still claims it is, and ready for a quick
ETA: I got a very quick refund after contacting them again, so probably not a scam but a poorly ran business.
