Easiest 5 stars I have given. The guys literally went above and beyond. They drove a 4 hour round trip to deliver a temporary 5G router when BT cut through the line. What’s even more crazy is we wasn’t even a customer of Tezlo at this point. The next day I switched my phones and broadband over to them and the engineer was here by the end of the week to get it all set up. This is exactly what great service should look

We had a nightmare with XLN with no broadband for nearly 3 weeks. Harry called in on the off chance and managed to get us out of our contract (we had a year left). We had our office number working on the same day using mobile apps and the new phone were installed 5 days later. We have been with Tezlo for 3 months now and it was the best decision we have ever made.
