This store takes weeks to deliver the product. They claim 2 days, but that is not the case. They also have a false return policy. Beware of this company

size as 7 . Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers
It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. Company confirmed that Sandals were shipped to my address but refused to exchange/ Return

Ordered 2 special insoles and they were promptly delivered to Sweden. I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Strong recommendation.

Just recieved my Birkenstock insoles and the box was empty!
Sealed package so nothing ripped out of it - just the empty box inside the bag

Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

Do not order from this store. They shipped the package in a thin envelope with absolutely no protection. The box for the insoles was completely damaged, the insoles damaged also. I don’t understand why these companies can’t invest a buck or two for a bubble mailer at least. Spend the extra couple bucks to order directly from the manufacturers. My guess is they would care about the products they make enough to package them properly for shipping.

They were pinpoint accurate in addressing the needs of my child. And she said they were “sooooo comfy cozy daddy” so in fact, there was no trouble for her wearing them repeatedly as required.

2 months of waiting for 2 seperate packages original tracking number was invalid for one
Finally have a tracking numbers but both packages seem to be held up for months
After seeing the disclaimer on their site of no responsibility after theyve sent it , i gather this must happen often

Ordered the following: Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic Insoles w/Met. Pad which I like. I used them on a vacation that included a number of long walks and they were very comfortable.

Very Good selection with reasonable prices.

It is difficult to decide which insole is the correct one for my feet. I have learned through trial and error. Ordering online is a challenging experience, however this company is the trust worthy and delivers evrything that is ordered.

I use metatarsal support insoles. I usually order 3 or 4 pair in one order. I use the insole store because their delivery is always very timely and I am certain that the items ordered will be correct items delivered.
