This is the most valuable and worthwhile investment for anyone preparing for their USMLE Step 1 exam. The tutors were very knowledgeable, thorough, strategic and helpful in clarifying the high yield concepts and topics we need to focus on in our studies. I would highly recommend this course to everyone who feels lost or has a lack of confidence in their study plan.

I just finished the one week long crash course for step 1 with the match guy. I wish I had found this earlier. It’s very helpful to know where to put your time and effort. Thank you for all the high yield consolidated info and study tips. I’m sure it’ll be useful for this exam and beyond. Thank you to all the tutors and everyone working behind the scenes for all their hard work! Truly worth every penny! If you’re confused, please give it a try. They have a policy of returning all the money back if the lectures don’t work for you although I don’t think it’ll come to that. Also, you have access to the recorded lectures for a full year. All the lecturers were good but I found Dr Amro, Dr Omar and Dr Karim’s lectures the best.

The crash course was the best course I’ve taken for familiarizing myself with the most high-yield concepts and doing a quick run-through before the exam.

I also really appreciated having the recordings available afterward—I could speed them up and pause in weaker areas, which helped a lot.

One suggestion that could make it even better: having the slides available before class would help with keeping up and annotating as you present, and annotated slides after class would be extremely helpful for review as well.

Overall, these were some of the most enjoyable classes I’ve taken so far. I really appreciated the live option, the high energy from all the tutors, and the question-based learning approach before doing a deeper dive. Straight to the point with excellent presentation.

The Match Guy tutor’s are absolutely outstanding, incredibly smart, patient, and brilliant at breaking down even the most difficult concepts into simplest terms. Most of their explanations are clear, high-yield and easy to grasp.

I was fatigued and overwhelmed with spending money and not seeing any results, then I finally tried The Match guy, and for the first time in my USMLE journey I felt as though this wasn’t impossible anymore. Hard topics became understandable and the days of this is too much became a thing of the past. The tutors are amazing and really care for you and provide you with a road map to a pass. For anyone hesitating or in a dilemma whether to take this 7-day USMLE Step 1 High Yield Boot Camp or not, you should take it and you won't regret your decision. The tutors are knowledgeable and gave amazing sessions throughout the week. This bootcamp helped me to focus on my studies and retain what I read. I am studying First Aid, watching the recorded version of the course, and completing UWorld questions by system, and it is going perfectly. My exam is in 2 months, and I really hope that I will pass the exam.

The “USMLE STEP 1 High Yeld Bootcamp” was a extremely helpful experience in my Step 1 pathway… Despite the high amount of content to be covered in 7 days, the Tutors were very competent picking e pointing each High Yeld subject… Amazing!

This course is very well-structured and high-yield! The tutors are excellent teachers, and their lectures were interactive. A lot of the content was centered around recognizing/making diagnoses, then integrating the secondary details into that, which fit my learning style well.

I want to start by saying that I 100% think this course is worth the money, and I would absolutely do it again.

The 7-day bootcamp was great overall. I genuinely enjoyed everything about it. The setup, the structure, and especially the tutors. Every tutor was incredibly supportive and always willing to do whatever it took to help us understand the material, while also keeping us focused on high-yield concepts that actually matter for the exam.

The course format was excellent. I felt like I learned a lot and reinforced concepts I had already seen, and I’m definitely developing better pattern recognition for exams. I truly feel that this course made a meaningful difference in how I approach questions.

One thing that really stood out was how dedicated the tutors were. Every single tutor went HOURS over their allotted time just to make sure everyone in the class understood the material. That level of commitment was amazing and really shows how much they care about students’ success.

The classes are held on Zoom. My cohort had around 50 students (which was considered a large cohort, though class size can vary). The tutor keeps their camera on, and students camera off and participate by answering questions in the chat. It’s very interactive, and you definitely get the most out of the course by attending live and actively engaging with the tutor.

The online schedule says 7–8 hours per day, but this honestly depends on the cohort and how many questions people have. For us, we were on Zoom 10–11 hours a day, which I actually appreciated because it meant nothing was rushed and all questions were addressed.

Just got done with this Step 1 7-day bootcamp and am very pleased with this crash course. This course has actually made me understand the topics and concepts in depth. I really like how they have integrated questions based learning which is much better than passive learning and is actually making us recognise the pattern we’ll be tested on in real exam and nbme.
This course has shown us what we have to focus on and how we will be tested.

I took the High Yield Bootcamp Step 1, which was really beneficial for anyone planning to take the exam. Furthermore, it simplifies high-yield concepts into basic principles that are easier to remember. I'd want to thank all of our tutors for making the bootcamp a success.

Dr. Besher Shami has been fantastic in guiding me on what to expect from the Internal Medicine interview process. He was incredibly insightful and supportive throughout. The mock interview portion was very realistic, and his feedback afterward was extremely helpful.
Although I was nervous at first, he helped me feel comfortable right away by clearly breaking down what I did well and where I could improve on each question. His feedback was specific, structured, and easy to follow. He tailored the sessions to Canadian requirements and created multiple clinical scenarios that were genuinely helpful during my actual interviews. He also provided individualized examples I could use to refine my answers, which made a big difference.
In addition, he was very flexible with scheduling and generous with his time, often staying longer to ensure I fully understood the reasoning and expectations behind his feedback. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I feel much more prepared after just my first session.I highy recommend working with him!

Amazing tutors who provide exceptional reviews and pointers that are helpful. I was previously using Khan Academy, but I wanted something that would present the information more concisely. MCAT Bootcamp does a great job of this, and in only a week, you get to know and better understand what you still need to focus on while prepping for the MCAT.

Great overall review on high yield concepts to know for Step 2. Each tutor has their own specialty on the subject which I enjoyed. Found the images generated on the slides to be very helpful in visualizing next steps and management. The anki cards was the one thing that really helped me with spaced repetition and am glad the materials were the same for both Step 2 and Step 3 so its great to know that I can continue with these for the long run. Only feedback I would suggest is adding the images generated and additional notes onto the cards as it took me a long time to do so. I will be applying these cards as part of my studies and will be doing an assessment soon to see if it helps. Overall thanks again in providing a structure to approach
