I've bought a couple of tricycles from Tomcat and their customer service has been consistently excellent for many years, both during and after sales.

Whenever an issue has arisen, they have got on the case and found a solution, while maintaining polite and consistent communication.

I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I will always use them again in the future.

What a fantastic group of people. I have had many experiences with the team over the years and every single interaction has been brilliant. These guys wrote the playbook on customer service and when you add to that the fact the majority of their clients have additional needs? You can’t help but be amazed. Not enough room to wax lyrical about the things they have done to help my family over the years, but suffice they say, they are the best in the UK at what they do so don’t go anywhere else.
