Portable light delivered, took 6 hours to charge, didn't hold charge, walnut wood shade not aligned to light. Have tried to contact company, received automated email response asking for photos - can't show charging issues with photographs

We visited the factory showroom and viewed several of the designs we liked. The staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Having decided on which lampshades we required, these were carefully packed and posted to us to arrive exactly when required

I ordered a sample first to check the colour matched other items. My shade was easy to order and I was informed when it would be delivered. It was well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. I love it.

I just love the stunningly beautiful furniture that was made by this company and am saddened that they will no longer be doing so. WOW. I am slightly in love with the Verso ceiling light, about to order a wall light in same style for a different room. The design is simple and beautiful. Attention to detail in every way.. love how the bulb is framed by the wood. The shadows cast around the room are beautiful. JUST WOW. Our house renovation is coming together with all these thoughtful pieces of design.

I bought the Skipper light for my sitting room. I ordered online and it arrived in a couple of days. It was well packed and easy to install. It looks fabulous and is beautiful feature in the r.

Same comment as before. Wall lights look gorgeous but I did ask you before buying of they were bright enough for reading by... with the 'warm white' bulbs that you have supplied, a torch will be needed for reading.
