This company is terrible. Customer service is bound terrible. Ordered for Christmas and have not received the product. Multiple email exchanges and all they say is can assist you any further. Will not refund. Think this is a scam company!!! DO NOT Purchase anything from them.

They are trying to charge a restocking fee when that is not in their refund policy. Horribly delayed in arriving and now they are making it difficult for me to return it I think with the intent of me getting tired of emailing them and not returning it so they keep their money. Do not purchase from them.

Order never arrived and, after a long time, I still haven’t received a refund. Customer service has been extremely poor and unhelpful throughout the process. Very disappointing experience.

Appalling customer service, arrived way past date quoted and forget about any returns policy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Product took over a month to arrive and when it eventually did it was incomplete. Customer Service department is a shambles I’ve been waiting over a week and still unable to return for refund. Huge regret buying this product

I never received shipping or tracking information or updates and later the package was marked "delivered" (I never received it) and the company failed to investigate or offer a refund.

Scam!!!! Everything about this business is wrong. Product being advertised isn’t the one being sent. Asked for a return label and they said I would have to pay for shipping to Germany and a warehouse fee to put it back on the shelves. What they sent me is worth $20 not $150. So sad this is how companies are run these days

The teapot is advertised with a total capacity of 720 ml, but due to its construction only a very small amount of tea can actually be prepared per infusion. This was not clear to me from the product description or images and only became apparent after using the product.

I contacted customer support, provided photos and a video clearly demonstrating the issue, and explained why the product did not meet my expectations. Despite this, a refund was refused and I was repeatedly referred back to the product page rather than offered a solution. Additionally, delivery took over a month and the order did not arrive in time for Christmas.

Overall, poor value for money.

Horrible product. Came to me late and the spout was chipped off, after paying for shipping protection never got a response back from the company. They asked me for a unboxing video to prove that it was broken from shipping. I continued to use it although extremely sharp. The lid of the container fell onto the spout and the other piece broke off. Extremely fragile glass it’s almost impossible to use this as an everyday kitchen staple. Interestingly can’t write review on their website which leads me to believe they make up their reviews they post. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Awful company. Please do not use. Paid for express delivery in 6th December and product never arrived. Emails respond with generic “it will arrive” and that refunds not accepted after 24 hours. Does not comply with uk law. Please do not use

Without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I am currently £130 out of pocket.
I thought that something wasnt right about this company when my tracking number didnt exist.
I then emailed to request a refund as I was in my 14 day cooling off period as is my right under the distance selling act.
The company told me that their policy overrules the law in the UK.
I have now after nearly 3 weeks of asking for my money back reported the company to trading standards and asked my bank to start the process of claiming my money back off this scam company.
Please do not order anything. You will not get your orders.

Broke after 3 tea pours…

Now that I read my same experience written by a dozen other customers, I just conclude that Tranquili Tea is very unprofessional, if they exist at all. Sad to report. Bought this premium product and bang premium scam. Idiot me.

Very unprofesionall, tracking number for purchased product is fake, like it doesn't exist, i didn't get my product yet, in time for Christmas present, they excided time period for delivery like it was atvertised. I didnt get any reply when i sent an email asking info were is my product and when will i get it.

As said ships before Christmas, here we are 3 days til and my order is still processing. Oh yeah, there were “only 3 left” as well. Support is useless and they wouldn’t let me cancel my order even though it’s still in their hands. I will never order from this company again.

This is a fake company, they do not send your items and do not have an actual office - avoid!

- you may think it's an English site ? They just sell TEMU made in China product for 10 times the price.
- Tranquili Tea sends directly from China, same product as TEMU but for more expensive, and it can take several months to get it, or maybe never
- Tranquili Tea refuses to refund you, that is illegal as in France you have 14 days to change your mind. So, they do not comply with the local law
- you will maybe, after months, get a product from China with everything written in Chinese, that is also illegal
- Tranquili Tea also will not give you it address, they just show a fake address in London, no details, no VAT number, everything is illegal in this site.

Found the same one on Aliexpress for less than 10 bucks. Literally the same one, identical quality and materials… avoid this scammers with their fake reviews

I ordered a tea pot and tea from this company. Received email stating order on its way to me. I tracked it and said only tracking number created. So I waited 2 days and did it again. Same message. I contacted from that email and was told it was stuck at shipper and they would contact immediately and if there was an issue, they would rush a new one right out. Then the fun started. After 4 days from that email, no reply so I emailed again asking for update. They said we will get right back to you. Never did. 3 days later asked again as to where my order was. They said so sorry, will check and get back to you. Then 2 more days pass with nothing so I sent yet another email and then this person said please contact customer support. I did and they are not responding at all. Incredible SCAM! Do not buy from them!

It’s junk made in China. The teapots are small, flimsy, low quality. The tea leaf is suspect and low grade. Total waste of money.
