You will be contacted by Trygg-Hansa with an offer to extend your insurance for the remaining period of your stay, but you may of course choose a another home insurance from a different company."
So why Trygg-Hansa sent me a paper invoice to 1 403 kr??? WTF?? I won't pay of course!

I used to have a high level of trust in Trygg Hansa (perhaps because I had never needed their help before), which unfortunately has now been completely shattered. We had a water damage incident in our apartment due to a blockage in the main pipe, outside our apartment, which resulted in our neighbors’ dish and laundry water flowing into our apartment through the sink. It is absolutely hopeless to get in touch with our case officer, and calling customer service does not help at all, as we are met with incorrect advice and an unfriendly attitude. We expected the case officer to contact us regarding the matter but that didn't happen. The case is still ongoing, and I hope that our perception of Trygg Hansa will change for the better moving forward.
Update:
We finally got in touch with our case officer, and she was absolutely fantastic. It turns out the customer service reply we received earlier was just an unfortunate experience with the wrong person.

I am not sure about assistant name, but I think it was Matias. That was the best help that I have ever had! He helped me with everything, but the most important how he lead the conversation. He was amazingly friendly, supportive and so kind! I am very thankful for that great service!
