Free for 2 months SSSB = Invoice 1403 kr without asking

I'm a student on a SSSB student dorm, and so for SSSB informs us on their website, " you will automatically receive a free home insurance from Trygg-Hansa which is valid for two months. You will be contacted by Trygg-Hansa with an offer to extend your insurance for the remaining period of your stay, but you may of course choose a another home insurance from a different company."
So why Trygg-Hansa sent me a paper invoice to 1 403 kr??? WTF?? I won't pay of course!

It is never our intention to mislead our customers. When you get our two free months through for example SSSB, you automatically receive an offer to extend your insurance.

Experience was good.

Experience was good.
However all my current insurances are with your company, but feel i didn't get full benefit this. No significant offers or premium price was offered.

Happy first time customer

Easy to use website, where I signed up for my first house insurance.
I am happy with the price of the insurance.
I needed help to set up auto giro and used their chat function on the website, which worked perfectly. Great customer service!

I used to have a high level of trust in…

I used to have a high level of trust in Trygg Hansa (perhaps because I had never needed their help before), which unfortunately has now been completely shattered. We had a water damage incident in our apartment due to a blockage in the main pipe, outside our apartment, which resulted in our neighbors’ dish and laundry water flowing into our apartment through the sink. It is absolutely hopeless to get in touch with our case officer, and calling customer service does not help at all, as we are met with incorrect advice and an unfriendly attitude. We expected the case officer to contact us regarding the matter but that didn't happen. The case is still ongoing, and I hope that our perception of Trygg Hansa will change for the better moving forward.

Update:
We finally got in touch with our case officer, and she was absolutely fantastic. It turns out the customer service reply we received earlier was just an unfortunate experience with the wrong person.

Great service!

I am not sure about assistant name, but I think it was Matias. That was the best help that I have ever had! He helped me with everything, but the most important how he lead the conversation. He was amazingly friendly, supportive and so kind! I am very thankful for that great service! Matias if you will be able to read that, I want you to know that you are doing your job great and very professional!
