Customer care+++++

This game came on my Facebook and I was intrigued. I like mysteries so having to solve one I was really looking forward to. No disappointment! Delivery during Xmas a bit late but so were many other presents. Second order I bought 3 more games. The package was mishandled by de courier. My mail and pictures were taken very serious and my compliments for customer care. Very good indeed! Not just an offer of discount but several options were given to choose from. Even my suggestion was agreed upon. I, for one, am very pleased with the product and the care for their customers from Unsolved. Thx again!

I’ve had a great experience

Great evening activity for us and our friends. We really enjoyed taking on the role of investigators, going through the evidence and trying to solve everything together. Engaging stories, great quality, and just the right level of challenge. We’ve had a really good time and would definitely recommend!

Great service, helping when in need.

We ordered two games from the company for christmas, we got them without any problems. But in the end we had an unfortunate event on Christmas and weren’t able to even open them.

I sent a message to the customer service, telling them about our incident. They were instantly very understanding and open to helping us in any way. In the end they offered to resend the package, we are forever grateful.

Order shipped but never delivered – no solution provided

I placed an order on January 4. According to the company, my order was shipped on January 12, but I have still not received anything.

I contacted customer support multiple times but did not receive any clear response or solution. I have now formally requested either delivery or a refund, but so far without result.

This experience has been very disappointing. Lack of communication and failure to deliver make this webshop unreliable in my experience.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved properly.

EDIT: I received a full reinburishment for my order.

Wij verzenden dagelijks meer dan 500 pakketten, en in jouw geval is er duidelijk iets serieus misgegaan. Dat ligt bij ons, en ik begrijp heel goed hoe frustrerend en teleurstellend dit voor je moet zijn 😔

Three weeks later, still no delivery

Three weeks ago I placed an order with Unsolved Mysteries. On their webshop it clearly states that orders are delivered within three working days. This did not happen.

After waiting, I emailed them twice without any response. Two weeks later I finally received a reply, apologising for the delay and stating that the order would be shipped within three days. That promise was also not kept.

At this point, I am still waiting for my package, with no tracking information and no further communication. Very disappointing experience and not what you expect from a professional webshop.

Very disappointing

I did not receive the two murder mysteries that I had ordered. When I wrote you about it you did not answer me. I would never recommend your services to anybody else since I am very disappointed.

Very enjoyable riddles with long delivery

When I ordered "The Last Letter" and the "Theatre Murder" in november, Unsolved still had a very high rating here on Trustpilot (otherwise I would not have ordered them). Just finished the second riddle yesterday evening and came back here to rate it, and I am surprised to see so many 1-star reviews have appeared since then.

Truth be told: don't believe the 'send within 24 hours'. I think it took 2 weeks for mine to arrive, hence my four stars. So be prepared to have some patience.

That being said: I really enjoyed the murder mysteries! The translation to Dutch was fine, the cases were really fun and the evidence and character profiles really added to the atmosphere! So much fun actually that we ordered 3 more yesterday evening! We'll just have to see how this next delivery goes I guess.
