Sadly, though the net fibre is great, the customer service is excruciatingly slow. 28 days of messages and 4+ hours on hours on the phone just to transfer my service to my new address. They never could manage it so canceling.
I did not like the service of UZO company at all. I took a WiFi package from them about a month and a half ago and it worked for only two days. Even I am paying the bills without using the service. After that, I called them so many times that they did not even pick up the phone and did not find any solution to my problem. I even took a special leave from my job for this and one day one of their technicians came for checking but I was at work when he called me. They did not give me any information about any technician coming to your house on that time or date. So I will never prefer UZO company to get network. The service of UZO company is very poor.
I've ordered a costume with fast expedited shipping and within a week my package was not even dispatched yet.
Since it was obivous they wouldn’t send the my order on time I cancelled it and I asked for a refund.
They ONLY PARTIALLY refunded me, because they deducted a service fee!!!
Like for what kind of service that they didn’t even provide?
I am not sure if they even had my costume in stock, nor they ever packed or shipped.
I messaged their customer service where they replied that due to their policy this service fee is non-refundable.

O site da UZO.pt é um desastre. Além de não terem um serviço personalizado, quando contactei o apoio via chat, o operador nem sequer sabia que o número começado por 92 pertence à UZO — chegou a dizer-me que não era da operadora.
O website é fraquíssimo, mal feito, provavelmente gastaram fortunas para criar uma miséria de página. Não serve para nada, nem para os clientes: as faturas não aparecem na área MyUZO até serem pagas.
Enviei um e-mail e nunca obtive resposta, e o serviço ficou inoperacional desde o dia 12 de outubro de 2025.
Serviço de porcaria. A decisão está tomada: ADEUS, UZO.
UZO.pt is a complete disaster. Besides not offering any personalized service, when I contacted their chat support, the operator didn’t even know that numbers starting with 92 belong to UZO — he actually told me it wasn’t their number.
The website is terrible, poorly designed — they probably spent a fortune on a useless page. It’s not helpful for anything, not even for customers: invoices don’t show up in MyUZO until after they’re paid.
I sent an email and never got a reply, and the service has been down since October 12, 2025.
A lousy service. The decision is made: GOODBYE, UZO.
Beware !!This company is linked either indirectly or directly to phishing scams . After purchasing a product I was called by UZO to tell me they could not ship by air , and shipping by boat would take weeks .They offered me a refund . The refund was given . Two days later small amounts were debited from my bank account all showing from Google Ads . (I have never bought anything nor have a google account ) The amount taken from my bank account rapidly increased into hundreds within 8 days . The matter is now in the hands of my bank and the police . I will never buy anything from a company I do not know again .
