we are sorry to read this negative review, which unfortunately does not reflect the actual handling of your order.
The order was placed on November 26 and was shipped on November 27. As shown in the GLS tracking history, from December 10 onward the shipment was on hold at the local GLS depot due to delivery issues (recipient absent and unusable ParcelLocker).
Throughout this period, we sent you several emails informing you that the parcel was ready for pickup at the address you selected, but we received no response. Despite this, we covered the storage fees ourselves.
Furthermore, at our own expense, we arranged for the parcel to be sent out for delivery again, and it is currently out for delivery today. Should this delivery attempt fail again due to your unavailability, we will be forced to proceed differently.
For this reason, we believe it is unfair to receive a negative review for a delay that was not caused by our service, but rather by repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts and the lack of response from the recipient.
We remain available for assistance, but kindly ask for fairness and objectivity when reviewing our service.
