Vivid's customer service is terrible. The chat never responds, despite dozens of messages left. It's a disgrace. Avoid it at all costs. Do not open an account with Vivid. It's a ghost company, and when you miraculously get someone on the line, they are incompetent and tell you nonsense. For example, Ellaine or Aiden. I have proof of what I am saying.

I appreciate how quickly the app loads and how easily I can transfer money between my accounts. 4.76% is one of the highest interest I have received from a bank.

This is Worst service i ever faced. First few days working well after that i have one amount which is coming on 27 jan but until today 09 feb still they are reviewing. This VIVID Money is terrible only 2672 Euros comes as a Sepa instant but they take time. 02 times provide proofs what they asked but they are working like blind and only same answers giving. Reviewing there is no frame time and there is no proper answer. They have not any customer help line where you can complaint. I have send email for complaint and they also replied it is going to take 1 month for resolve complaint. What Non Sense is this. People want to use this kind of service for urgent payment sent or receive but they hold without any reason.

I have been a Vivid customer for five years and a paying Vivid Prime member. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing.
My account was abruptly suspended under "clause 33.4" without any meaningful explanation while I traveling abroad (something clearly reflected in my account activity). As a result, I was suddenly denied access to my own funds and effectively left stranded abroad with no other account.
Freezing a customer’s account without prior warning is already a serious matter. Doing so while they are traveling and dependent on access to their money demonstrates a concerning lack of responsibility and duty of care.
What is most troubling is the response from support. I received no transparency, no clarification, and no practical solution, only a generic statement that the decision is final. For a financial institution, especially one offering a paid Prime service, this level of communication and crisis handling is unacceptable.
After five years of loyalty, I did not expect to be treated this way. I would strongly advise anyone considering this bank to think carefully before entrusting them with access to their funds.
