I never received any delivery or pickup notification and only realised days later that my parcel had supposedly already been delivered. Clearly, several things went wrong in the delivery process and, due to DHL’s mishandling, my parcel was most likely taken by someone else.
What made this worse was the lack of real support: only impersonal, generic replies and no proactive help. I regret placing an order at all — I’m just glad it was a smaller one than originally planned.

Extremely Bad experience

I have ordered almost 3 weeks ago and have not heart back since. The Shop is not answering any of my emails, nor my messages via Instagram. No phonenumber to be found. I am extremely disappointed, of such a bad Customer support. I ordered the products as a gift for Xmas, pretty sure it won‘t arrive in time. Also my request for canceling the order now got ignored. What is this???? Please come back to me or I feel obligated to take legal action.

So dissapointed, use to buy from them, but last few times my order has taken weeks to arrive. I ordered some in November and have still not received it. I have contacted Them but is being ignored. So bad customer service.

This is a really poorly made diffuser. The “stone” cover never sits on straight, and when it’s on it’s too tight and there’s always spilt water. It’s like a temu diffuser with a premium price tag.

I love the products from Volant: their design, fragrances, usability.
I am also very happy with the company's service as I had a bit of an allergic reaction to one of their oils and they followed up to check on my condition and ensure my satisfaction, which I appreciated very much.

Great product, I recommend this company!

My experience with Volant has been underwhelming. First, I had to wait two weeks for the package to arrive, and inquiries via email were dismissed solely by an AI. When the package finally arrived, I discovered that a product (which was supposed to be included as a free goodie) was missing, and I was sent the wrong scent (Christmas—probably because they wanted to get rid of it). No apology or compensation has been offered so far, only automated responses from an AI.

The diffuser itself looks quite nice, but I can only use it without the scent. Considering how expensive the scents are, I find it outrageous that they sent the wrong one, which is also completely inappropriate for January.

If the team reads this review, I kindly ask for an appropriate response. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances, my experience with this company feels very subpar. I would therefore advise against purchasing and spare you the hassle, even though the brand tries to present itself as a premium product. A premium product should include premium customer service, especially at this price point. The staff should take this to heart.

Nice looking product that creates a nice smell in the house. However, the smell does not spread across the room that well and I need to add quite many drops of oil

Love Volant diffuser. Using my during yoga with the kids. Love to listen to the sound of rain drops coming from the diffuser. Use it as a night lamp as well. Love using different oils depending on what energy I am in.

I was super happy with the products, delivery time and the service BUT marketing newsletters are way to aggresive. Received an e-mail stating ‘Your order has been processed’ which caught my attention as I had not placed a new order, and this is the message you find inside the e-mail; “Now that we’ve got your attention” so basically a scam mail? Thats just not OK - obviously unsubscibing but what a petty

Volant literally means in my native language Catalan, volant= flying! I agree with its meaning a 100% we are flying in good vibes and sleeping profoundly! I went to visit a good friend in Norway last weekend, she is using volant! I loved and copies her. We are using it at home in Sweden, we are using sleep and lavender so far! These two match the vibes of the bedroom in the forest. Super
harmonious Room scents. We will certainly purchase more. I was never into aromatherapy yet I am starting to believe in it.

I got very quick and helpful response on the chat. The delicery was fast and the oils and the diffuser are simply amazing.

The old 2023 Spruce oil in the cream bottle Inc in the Christmas set was so lovely. This time ordering recently separate bottles of the spruce brown bottle was a different scent I think not as nice as the 2023 cream bottle unfortunately so I will not purchase the spruce again
I also purchased the lemon & sweet orange on their own not a strong scent so I mix both of them which gives a far more stronger scent all round

Hi, my browser, Firefox, cant translate your web page for me. I presume you are looking for a review of my order containing Bergomot oil, Frankincence oil, Ceaderwood oil, Spruice oil Spearmint oil and Ocean blend oil. My favourite oil would be Bergamot oil followed by Frankincence and Spruce oil. The Ocean blend scent is of pureTea tree oil, I can pick up no other noats. Delivery was prompt and well packed, the cost of some of the oils was ecpensive. For the cost I think iy would be a great improvement to present the oils in a glass boyyle as presently presented but with an integral eye dropper for clean and economical usage. Hope this review is of assistance

The diffuser is aesthetically pleasing and looks very nice. Unfortunately, one of the oils I ordered was completely empty upon arrival, which is disappointing especially since the oils are pretty expensive.

Ordered several essential oils and a rosehip carrier oil recently. The essential oils were pretty good, but the carrier oil is just disgusting. It arrived all sticky, covered in crusty dried-out oil and the bottle is almost completely empty. On top of this, it smells odd, like a spoiled product. Will definitely not even try using it, since it might be dangerous. That's not the kind of quality one usually expects to receive for this money.

UPD: I want to highlight the exceptional customer service experience I received. Following my review, I was promptly contacted by a representative from Volant, who efficiently resolved the issue. Dealing with businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction is always a pleasure. :)

Really nice oils and happy with the service

Nice products but the oil prices are too expensive.

Love the scent, bought both diffuser and oil (spa) and it smells so good with little drops.
