Doesn't work and very poor support.

We bought several licenses and 50% of the plugin doesn't work....

Apple Pay doesn't work on subdomains.

Webhooks doesn't work, only if you leave all fields empty (no security).

Their support basically sends you a screenshot of what you obviously have already read, like you're a complete retard. Second to that, it takes them forever to answer on their "CHAT" it's like 1-2 replies a day. Things never get sorted.

They promised us an update of the plugin, did not happen yet .... I would stay away from this place. It's just too random that payment plugin.

Hope this review will make them wake up, cause it's rude to leave customers with a webshop hanging like this losing customers everyday cause their things do not work.

I've bought Woosa plugging for Big Buy and I can not recieve any order. Even if the payment goes thought my orders show as Processing and Not available. I've been in touch with the support team for weeks and for the moment I don't have a solution. Very frustrating. Order 11351449

Tried their new Bol.com plugin but it…

Tried their new Bol.com plugin but it simply doesn’t work. The one I bought initially (the old version) seemed to work perfectly but after the release of the new one everything went sideways. They keep blaming thats not the plugin, yet the previous version worked like a charm.

When asking my money back, they refused. So I paid for something that doesn’t work. My recommendation is to use another Bol plugin.

Sorry to hear that you don't agree with our decision.

Your last payment have been in September 2024. The payment was for a period of 3 months. Your payment should have been renewed in December 2024, but you decided to quit our collaboration.

The issue had nothing to do with the plugin itself, but with the server that was sending requests to your server. It simply responded with a 403 Forbidden error. This means that our server IP was blocked for doing requests. Our team gave extended support in this matter, even though it was outside of our scope. We should have received a 5-star review for that to be honest :)

This has nothing to do with the functionality of the plugin. The server IP simply changed with the new update.

I wish you good business and hopefully one day you'll understand.

Definitely an unprofessional company…

Definitely an unprofessional company who promised me to build my website for free if I agree to switch from an other E-commerce platform. So again, i did not ask for a free website; they offered me a free website to pitch me a cooperation. Have let waiting me for 2 months to finish the website, but charged me those 2 months subscription. When I asked for return, they couldnt do it because the switch to them had costs so at the end it wasnt free. Feel scammed and definitely not recommending this company

Very incompetent employees!!!

Total fraud!!!
I have been using the plugin for a month. I want to cancel the subscription because it has already been billed for 2 months. And it's only been used for 1 month!! The employees say they will not refund the money!!!
Plugin works erratically. It works, it doesn't. I moved the site to a VPS. Doesn't work there either. Nothing renews. They say wait. Everything will be fine. And no one starts working like that. The employees do not have competence, they answer the question very slowly, they ask the same question several times.

Today is day 4 of the plugin not working. And again he says, wait.

I got a reply today:
No changes at the moment.
If you don't have the patience to see if the change we made this morning we can quit and cancel your account.
At this time we are not going to refund because the issue was caused by faulty hosting and other plugins.
Or we can escalate it to the developers but it will take some more time.
Let me know how you want to proceed.

The server resources perfectly match your plugin. p.s. Your page does not say that VPS is required. Written: RECOMMENDED VPS. We moved the page to VPS. The plugin still doesn't work. We must say this is quite an accusation. Calling us total frauds is pulling things way out of context since we're communicating on a daily basis with you in a neat and formal way.

That being said, the issue you have reported is in 99% of the cases a resources issue. You are trying to import 100,000 products from a Dropshipping supplier into your WooCommerce store and started with a Shared Hosting plan of €3.99 a month.

Besides, all those products receive stock and price updates every 60 minutes. I think it is fair to say, your resources should be on point to process these tasks and queries.

Once the resources have been upgraded and the issue still persists, our developers need to debug and investigate the issue in your environment. I hope you understand for the price we're asking per month, we simply can't say: stop working on your current tasks, the issue of Rūta Ma needs to be investigated now!

I guess we would have more mad clients if we did that, right? ;)

So, in the basics what we're asking is to have a little patient. Normally our developers reply really fast since our average solution time is less than 24 hours. Once the issue is solved and we conclude that our plugin caused the issues, we'll compensate your subscription fee.

Great support service!

Max and the guys over at Woosa really are superheros! Their customer support thus far has been exceptional. As a newbie in the dropshipping business, the learning curve has been steep. I chose to go with Woosa to intergrate my online shop to VidaXL. Activationa and synchronization issues I've had along the way have been sorted within a very short time. Thank you, Woosa!

Woosa has been quick and very skilled at supporting and helping me with my problems. They have great patience and have given me all the help that I have needed. I recommend both their support and their excellent plugin. The problems I've had have been with my setup on the VPS, and even there Woosa has guided me and helped me with aplomb. I have great confidence in them.

I'm new to the Woosa plugin and have been really impressed with how easy it is to use and configure out of the box. I had a few questions and Max at Woosa really went above and beyond to help. Horrible support

Horrible support. They loose admin credentials to my site. Response Time is typically a business day.
I was testing the integration between Loyverse and Woocommerce. They did not manage to get it up and running after four days of trying. Bottom line is, that the product is useless, the support is absent and the organisation seems clunky, losing clients passwords.

Update: You fail to mention, that your product doesn't do the job after 4 days. That you keep postponing answers. That you lost admin credentials, and just asked for more after the first two days of asking. Never a matter of seconds. For 39USD a month, I expect to get exactly what is promised on your website. That is apparently more than you find reasonable.

There are not many situations where we are absolutely stunned about the behaviour of our customers, but in your case - we must say - we are.

Our colleagues have been nothing but friendly and patient with you. Even though you had a very authoritarian attitude from the beginning of our collaboration. We're not sure what your expectation is for a price of €39.00 a month, but receiving an answer within seconds is not part of that price. We have multiple customers to service, you are as special to us as all our other customers. Besides our responses where within 24 hours, like we promise and aim to have.

Last but not least, when talking to one of our colleagues on the phone you were again very hostile and rude. Hanging up the phone multiple times, while my colleague was talking to you is no way to communicate in any kind of way. Therefore we suggested to end our collaboration.

We love to have you as a customer, but with mutual respect. For now, we wish you good business Michael!

(Updated on 2023-11-15) One of the worst experiences in my professional career

This is probably the first time in my whole career --that spans for almost 20 years (no bragging)--, that I will give such a negative review for a company.

I opened a ticket on April the 3rd (25 days before this review took place) just to get a respond with a gif making fun of me in an indirect way.

It took them 14 days to get the credentials of a staging website due to technical incompetence of their staff. I know I sound harsh, but I cannot accept the fact that in 2023 a company which builds software for a payment gateway:

- cannot open a gmail encrypted message
- mocks people and responds with "It works on our side"
- does not test (I am pretty sure that if unit and e2e tests were existed in their deployment process we wouldn't end up here)

So after the 2 weeks time, they managed to see for themselves that the 2 bugs I was mentioning actually exist and since then (8 days after) no response on how and when they will fixed, while keep ignoring my messages.

A total disaster

I will update my review and give 4 stars due to my really nice experience with Jessica (CEO of Woosa), who jumped in the conversation and saved the day by keeping us informed during the whole investigation period, kept the deadlines and made the whole customer experience as it should be.

I would go for 5 if that was the customer experience since the beginning.

UPDATE ON 2023-11-15

I will change my rating to a clear 5 this time, as the support team is really proactive whenever we needed them from that time on.

Sorry to hear that you find our informal way of communication offensive. Of course this is not our intention.

Unfortunately issues related to WooCommerce plugins are not as straightforward as you might think, mainly when the issue not occurs to 99% of the customers using it. In case of Adyen - as you might would expect - we have many users who are live without any issues.

That having said, your issues are under investigation. My colleague already informed you a day ago, that one of the issues is being solved and under review. That also proofs, that we don't publish issues or features live without a code review nor end-to-end tests.

We'll get in touch with you on a personal level to sort this out. Hope this clarifies a bit.

Doesn't work really well

The plugin is not working properly, prices and stock do not update. Had to cancel many orders because the price or stock didn't update. The price and quality don't match. Support really tries to help but took a little longer.
