We bought several licenses and 50% of the plugin doesn't work....
Apple Pay doesn't work on subdomains.
Webhooks doesn't work, only if you leave all fields empty (no security).
Their support basically sends you a screenshot of what you obviously have already read, like you're a complete retard. Second to that, it takes them forever to answer on their "CHAT" it's like 1-2 replies a day. Things never get sorted.
They promised us an update of the plugin, did not happen yet .... I would stay away from this place. It's just too random that payment plugin.
Hope this review will make them wake up, cause it's rude to leave customers with a webshop hanging like this losing customers everyday cause their things do not work.
I've bought Woosa plugging for Big Buy and I can not recieve any order. Even if the payment goes thought my orders show as Processing and Not available. I've been in touch with the support team for weeks and for the moment I don't have a solution. Very frustrating. Order 11351449
Tried their new Bol.com plugin but it simply doesn’t work. The one I bought initially (the old version) seemed to work perfectly but after the release of the new one everything went sideways. They keep blaming thats not the plugin, yet the previous version worked like a charm.
When asking my money back, they refused. So I paid for something that doesn’t work. My recommendation is to use another Bol plugin.

Definitely an unprofessional company who promised me to build my website for free if I agree to switch from an other E-commerce platform. So again, i did not ask for a free website; they offered me a free website to pitch me a cooperation. Have let waiting me for 2 months to finish the website, but charged me those 2 months subscription. When I asked for return, they couldnt do it because the switch to them had costs so at the end it wasnt free. Feel scammed and definitely not recommending this company

Total fraud!!!
I have been using the plugin for a month. I want to cancel the subscription because it has already been billed for 2 months. And it's only been used for 1 month!! The employees say they will not refund the money!!!
Plugin works erratically. It works, it doesn't. I moved the site to a VPS. Doesn't work there either. Nothing renews. They say wait. Everything will be fine. And no one starts working like that. The employees do not have competence, they answer the question very slowly, they ask the same question several times.
Today is day 4 of the plugin not working. And again he says, wait.
I got a reply today:
No changes at the moment.
If you don't have the patience to see if the change we made this morning we can quit and cancel your account.
At this time we are not going to refund because the issue was caused by faulty hosting and other plugins.
Or we can escalate it to the developers but it will take some more time.
Let me know how you want to proceed.

Max and the guys over at Woosa really are superheros! Their customer support thus far has been exceptional. As a newbie in the dropshipping business, the learning curve has been steep. I chose to go with Woosa to intergrate my online shop to VidaXL. Activationa and synchronization issues I've had along the way have been sorted within a very short time. Thank you, Woosa!

I recommend both their support and their excellent plugin. The problems I've had have been with my setup on the VPS, and even there Woosa has guided me and helped me with aplomb. Horrible support. They loose admin credentials to my site. Response Time is typically a business day.
I was testing the integration between Loyverse and Woocommerce. They did not manage to get it up and running after four days of trying. Bottom line is, that the product is useless, the support is absent and the organisation seems clunky, losing clients passwords.
Update: You fail to mention, that your product doesn't do the job after 4 days. That you keep postponing answers. That you lost admin credentials, and just asked for more after the first two days of asking. Never a matter of seconds. For 39USD a month, I expect to get exactly what is promised on your website. That is apparently more than you find reasonable.

This is probably the first time in my whole career --that spans for almost 20 years (no bragging)--, that I will give such a negative review for a company.
I opened a ticket on April the 3rd (25 days before this review took place) just to get a respond with a gif making fun of me in an indirect way.
It took them 14 days to get the credentials of a staging website due to technical incompetence of their staff. I know I sound harsh, but I cannot accept the fact that in 2023 a company which builds software for a payment gateway:
- cannot open a gmail encrypted message
- mocks people and responds with "It works on our side"
- does not test (I am pretty sure that if unit and e2e tests were existed in their deployment process we wouldn't end up here)
So after the 2 weeks time, they managed to see for themselves that the 2 bugs I was mentioning actually exist and since then (8 days after) no response on how and when they will fixed, while keep ignoring my messages.
A total disaster

I will update my review and give 4 stars due to my really nice experience with Jessica (CEO of Woosa), who jumped in the conversation and saved the day by keeping us informed during the whole investigation period, kept the deadlines and made the whole customer experience as it should be.
I would go for 5 if that was the customer experience since the beginning.
UPDATE ON 2023-11-15
I will change my rating to a clear 5 this time, as the support team is really proactive whenever we needed them from that time on.

The plugin is not working properly, prices and stock do not update. Had to cancel many orders because the price or stock didn't update. The price and quality don't match. Support really tries to help but took a little longer.
