Emma was an awesome Customer Support person. She remained in regular contact to help me resolve my issue and made sure that AeroBand was able to correct the problem without any difficulty.
I initially gave a one star review following a problem with my guitar and lack of response from AeroBand following unanswered emails. They have since been in touch and provided a quick response to the problem which has been resolved quickly.

I had a problem with the my Pocket Drum 2 Plus bass drum pedal intermittently loosing Bluetooth connection.
I reached out to AeroBand Support and spoke to Emma. The service was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. I'm very happy my Pocket Drum device itself, and even more the support I received.

I have been trying to contact Aeroband for 2 weeks via multiple emails and messages to their WhatsApp to arrange a return which I am eligible for according to their website and haven't received a single reply to any of my attempts despite saying they'll respond within 1 working day. From reading reviews on Trustpilot and other sites it sounds like I am not alone. They advertise 'Responsive customer support' - so where is it? I'm extremely disappointed and only wish I'd read more reviews before purchasing. I also believe the adds they push out are paid actors, not honest reviews of the product. Avoid.

I bought the aero drums as a Christmas present and it stoped working after the second use. I have emailed aero support 3 time since 29th December and haven’t received any correspondence despite their website saying they respond within 2 working days. Paid £114 for something that doesn’t work and no comeback as I cannot get a response. Terrible product and even worse service.

I was pleasantly surprised with their refund policy choices. You could either get a full refund or a partial refund but still keeping the pocket drum set. We chose the latter. To keep it was a great option. It’s the best of both worlds!

The AeroBand guitar is unique and even without its MIDI capability and built-in instrument voices, it can be used to do some pretty creative things just with its guitar sounds. I am only beginning to explore what this instrument can do. Yes, it can't do MANY things that guitars can but the reverse is also true. Someday, somebody is going to put out a tune made solely on this "guitar" that will get some attention.
I MUST also mention that I bought the guitar (directly from AeroBand's website) during the 2025 Christmas season (USA). In the process, a few very minor issues came up where I had to deal with AeroBand Customer Support and the experience was incredible. Their politeness, attention to my concern, their follow-ups, etc. etc., were beyond satisfactory. I have never had any company's customer support interact with me in such a positive way.

Bought the drumsticks and kit, and the bundled wireless headphones.
They are called "AeroBand Z002".
These are the worst headphones I have had since the 80's, the sound is tinny, what a terrible product, and impair £70 for them.
They are offering me £20 to keep them, but I don't want them, they are so bad that they are defective.
Terrible customer service and terrible headphones.

This company will not respond to multiple attempts to contact them regarding a return. They advertise that they accept returns but then ignore you when you try to do it. There are tons of posts on Reddit about the company being impossible to contact/not responding to customers and they do not even have a customer service number. It appears they are a scam. Stay far away. I am going to have to do a chargeback as they refuse to respond to any attempts to contact them.

Well, first of all - the guitar is great. Love the digital features and it's really easy to play. I'm not a beginner but it spoils you really much when you don't have to push so hard strings anymore. Also built-in speaker sounds great.
I also ordered Drum Sticks and they got lost during the delivery. I was so worried that I actually just got fooled, but no, the team was so supporting, even gave me a discount and charged it back to my CC. And of course, sent me another package for free.
Drums are a nice to play around, not sure how good you can actually play them if you want to make something serious, but they are lovely and design for both items is super cool.

Its already been more than two weeks since I ordered, I haven't received an email with tracking or anything, the website just says "track your order with shop" and there is nothing. I have emailed support twice and even sent a message on Instagram for whatever that helps. I understand peak season but for the price at least give a tracking number. I have no idea now if I just lost my money

I ordered the Pocket Drum 2 Max on 12/11/2025 and the site said free shipping 7-13 days so I assumed it would get here in time for Christmas. I have even emailed them to ask an estimate of when to expect, but crickets...Very disappointed in that and so I googled the legitimacy of this company and some people say good things some not and also that it comes from China! Had I known this I would've purchased through Amazon. I order Temu all the time and even that stuff gets here faster than this! I just hope I didnt get scammed out of $134! It would just be nice if a company could send an email of reassurance to let you know your order went through fine and when to expect it.

I ordered my new Aeroband Guitar on Monday 09-12-25 and received it today Thursday 11-12-25. I think this is excellent service already. They also offered an extra 1 year warranty. Everything was packed well and they have supplied plenty of getting started information. I am looking foreword to dealing with Aeroband in the future

I use the guitar with my DAW and my Roland/Yamaha workstations, and it's great. Finally real guitar parts possible. I'm not a guitar player but it is not really necessary. Its a very smart guitar. Aftersales service also great. Price compensation for black Friday was no problem. So, great guitar and great service.

This simply an excellent guitar with good features. I like the side soft of the chords and its true to say is with no pain for the finger. The services client is very good and quickly responds. Its very fun to play with a daw software. Give it a try and you will not be disapointed with this product.

well I just received the guitar and as you say it's not a guitar but the expense of it is very not good I played over 300 for the guitar and then I started to want to get a bag and I thought it was 60 pound and you've added 30 on 4 posts the drum machine but on the guitar is very very simple and very basic and that could be really improved on its very monotone no there's no variation to it at all which could really be changed the guitar itself when you play the guitar it has a double note so you have to make sure you touch it wellthe good thing about it is for someone who can't play because of their hands that's very good and I am 75 now I've been playing for 60 years and it is a good idea you don't get that pressure on strings but I try to go on logic and I can't get on it at all and the instructions are very basic so there's a lot of improvement needed the drum beat on the guitar is a very very simple and then another thingyou can't use another mic except your mic try to use another mic it doesn't work so that's extra expense again to buy your mic to be able to do singing so a lot of this is about making money isn't it really that's how I can see it anyway I mean you end up in the end if you buy the microphone the strap and the bag you're spending nearly 500 pounds so I think about it beforehand it's a lot of money to pay for a basic guitar and I'm still waiting for the bag and I'm an experienced guitar player if you don't send me ayou send the free guitar to someone who throws it in the bin that doesn't do much for the advertising does it I probably would have given it a very good review but that doesn't matter I'm just waiting for my bag I don't know why you didn't make it as a whole kit the microphone the bag and the strap with the whole thing with the guitar that would have been more feasible it doesn't matter though it's up to you making money is all right is that what you want to do but don't say it's for helping people cuz it isn't helping people is it helping people it's helping make money we should not have the internet is doing anyway I'm still waiting been waiting for a month nearly just for a bag I'm not sure what you're doing but I hope people take a warning from this it's not all cozy and I still say the drum machine is very very simple very miniscule and when I try to get onlogic and it just doesn't work anyway that's my review bye I'm waiting
