Easy claim process
I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so positive — and financially rewarding — that I felt compelled to share.
AirHelp had already identified which of our flight delays during our two-month holiday were eligible for compensation (and there were quite a few). The process was straightforward: we simply uploaded a few supporting documents and provided a brief explanation of the circumstances and impact of the delays.
Throughout the process, they kept us informed and clearly communicated what to expect and when payment would be made after the successful claim. Their commission/service fee is reasonable in view of how easy it was to claim for delayed flight compensation from the airlines.
Overall, a smooth, transparent, and worthwhile experience.

Legitimate Company, but Terrible Customer Service
They are a legitimate company and helped get a reimbursement for a flight delay, but they are TERRIBLE at customer service, specifically responding to questions or concerns. Either they just didn't reply at all, or it took over a week to get a response. It was completely ridiculous, and I cannot recommend them for this reason.
I literally didn't have to do anything
I literally didn't have to do anything! Just provided my details and in 1 month, the money was already in my account! 35% commission sounded high at the start, but the way I saw it was I just get free money, because otherwise I'd be too lazy to facilitate the entire process 😅

AirHelp certainly helps. Professional, experienced and patient. Get Help from AirHelp.
To begin with the advice from AirHelp of a possible compensation payment was thought to be a possible scam. I had never heard of them before now. However after some enquires it appeared genuine.
Communications from AirHelp were always clear and helpful. They advised me all the way when some of my documentation was not complete. They were very patient with me after stuffing up a few documents that required scanning.
Well done guys.

Cannot say it is a scam
Cannot say is a scam, but for sure are not working properly, I will not suggest this service if you pay, because like any insurance, will.find excuses to do not pay, and in my opinion they have so much work that they really do not care too much to your situation, they are good only in talking commissions, beside that, i'm sure they helped many customers. But I wouldn't choice them anymore
