Indtil videre har de lovet, nu må vi se om de holder.

Det var let at bestille abonnementet og jeg fik hurtigt en aftale i stand om en installation. Dog synes jeg at det er lidt tidligt i processen at bede om en rating. Indtil videre er der kun lavet aftaler. Der er IKKE leveret noget endnu. Det er let at love, men jeg mangler at se dem holde.

Du har helt ret i, at det på nuværende tidspunkt primært er aftaler, der er indgået, og at den egentlige oplevelse først for alvor viser sig, når leveringen og installationen er gennemført. Det er en fair pointe.

Vi er glade for, at bestillingen var let. Nu handler det for os om at leve op til det, vi har lovet – og det tager vi meget seriøst.

I have antibodies for about 3 years

I have antibodies for about 3 years, don’t have big problems only one thing is very slow internet and it’s not stable. I have 1000mb and I was expecting very fast stable internet, once I had someone to change router it didn’t help. It’s very hard to watch movie on internet especially in the evenings, internet freezes very often, antibody can’t help with that problem.

I assume you mean Altibox when you write “Antibodies”?

I find it surprising that you chose to post on Trustpilot instead of contacting our Technical Support. I can see that your last contact with them was in April 2025, and if you are still experiencing technical issues, they should of course be resolved. However, that won’t happen through a Trustpilot review.

You should first and foremost contact our Technical Support team directly.

It’s of course perfectly fine to leave a review, but I believe it’s fairer to do so after you’ve spoken with Technical Support and your issue has not been resolved - if that was the case.

I find the order of things a bit unfair in this case :)

I’ll ask our Technical Support team to reach out to you, but the correct way is always to call us directly at 70 300 600, rather than through Trustpilot.

We have some connect issue about…

We experienced some connectivity issues while trying to activate the internet. The first representative I spoke to was helpful, but the second one was extremely rude. I would not recommend this provider if you have other options.

I really enjoyed talking to the technical support guy named Daniel. He quickly solved my problem and answered all my questions :)

I really enjoyed communicating with the staff of your company. All employees are polite and correct. The problem was resolved very quickly.
