Update on 29.01.2026: I happily started using my shower head, but for the past three weeks, the water drainage pores have become severely clogged, preventing hot water from flowing. I even thought the hot water had stopped working, but it was still working from other taps. Also, the water spray is so thin because of calc blockages, it's starting to irritate my skin. Even though it's only been a month and a half, I tried installing the new filter, but nothing changed. So I completely removed the shower head, cleaned it with descaling solution, and the water started flowing normally again. I honestly didn't expect this problem, and I don't think filters protect against limescale. What is your solution to this problem?

On 24 october I sent my order back and wrote an email to them, as per instructions on their website. Never used the products, only opened the package to fill out the reason for my return on their return slip and to use their return label.
I followed the package and wrote to DAO who confirmed the return. I wrote to AVA Beauty on 30 october asking if they had received my return. No answer. Wrote them again on 4 november. Still no answer. I've written to them again today which I'm sure will also be unanswered.
Be sure that you want what you order from this company.
EDIT: Got my money back and an answer to all my mails. Too bad it required a negative review for anything to happen.

I had a bad experience with something that i bought and they sent me another one, working fine now!

Fast delivery, and the product was very easy to understand 😍 and it was true, the product does not hurt at all, which I was extremely nervous about.

They resell dogshit chinese products from Aliexpress for a way higher price

Avoid Ava Clinic Belfast if you are serious about your aesthetics career. I completed and passed my Level 7 Aesthetics qualification—both theory and practical—in January 2024. Six months later, I am still waiting for my certificate.

This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for students. Ava Clinic issues this qualification through Qualifi, an awarding body regulated by Ofqual, yet neither Ava Clinic nor Qualifi has taken responsibility for this failure.

Despite multiple follow-ups, numerous phone calls and messages all falling on deaf ears, I’ve received nothing but empty promises and vague excuses. This delay has impacted my ability to move forward professionally.

If you value your time, money, and future, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.

Good product and perfect assistance on learning how to use the product. Just a suggestion (it’s doesn’t change my rating): to add an English version/subtitles or write down what was said in the videos. Because they are very rich with information, but unfortunately my Danish is not the best as I just moved to Denmark, so I had to pause and go back a lot of times to fully understand.

Really bad customer service. I’ve been using IPL as instructed 2-3 times a week from October and not even one spot was reduced. I’ve asked money back. I didn’t get answer, but I got mail to rare customer service and underneath I saw they apparently answered. I’ve never got that mail. I sent another mail, and after that another and they never replied. Really disappointed and mad. It’s not worth money and my nerves but be aware of that.

I bought a light-machine for hair removal. When I revived it I could immediately see that the quality was poor. The light stopped working after just a few minutes of use. I had to write several e-mails before I got an answer that was not automatically generated, and after more than one week I finally got an e-mail that sais that they will pay me my money back.

Easy to use. Good instruktion step by step. Not so painful.

Ordered a facial apparatus but wanted to return it, asked them through email how to get it done but they replied my message only once after 1 week, after that they never replied again even though I kept sending them emails. They don’t follow the regulations of consumer protection. Avoid this shop at all cost!
