16 days for "express delivery" 😭
I placed the order on the 14th of January ( express delivery option).
It took 6 days to arrive with the wrong product sent ( j bend not straight pull spokes).
Returned the following day ( day 7), delivered day 8.
They took 4 days after recept of the return to acknowledge the return.
Another couple of days to create the correct order and ship.
It is now 30th January and I have finally received the correct order. 16 days for express shipping. How long would I be waiting with standard shipping.
Would I use this company again, doubtful.
If you want your order before you're too old to ride then order elsewhere. Even if you have to pay extra.

Ordered a new Praxis chainring on Monday and arrived on Thursday to N.Ireland. Good price and delivery time is similar to every other retailer except Biketart was FREE.

Beware if Biketart show an item in stock
So I ordered a rollable duffel bag from Biketart as their website said it was in stock, 3 days later received email to say there was a delay no explanation , hadn’t heard anything more so after 8 days emailed to get an update and they admitted it hadn’t been in stock (at their supplier) , they don’t hold stock, I cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere, beware of biketart saying item is in stock, they’re customer service team were friendly though
Prepare to wait
Ordered my items 29th Nov with a promise to be delivered in 2 days. One week passed still waiting. It seems to be a business model but they are not particularly cheap. Will not use them again.

My second bike purchase from Biketart and once again amazing service.
Dealt with an issue I had, once I had ordered, nobody's fault, and swiftly acted to keep my delivery date on track.
Rapid turnaround, brilliant to deal with over the phone and a follow up email to make sure I was happy. Can't ask for much more when making a large purchase.
Most of my purchases are through biketart and I've never had a problem with the bikes or the components. Great service and thanks again from a returning customer.
Ordered the part I need for the weekend…
Ordered the part I need for the weekend ride on the Monday. Paid for priority delivery, Thursday tomorrow and still no word if parts is dispatched. Unrealistic delivery, unsatisfactory customer service, emails ignored asking for update on delivery. Now a planned weekend ride is off due to Biketart not delivering on what they sell. I have asked for a refund and will buy else where but shocker, still no reply to emails.
Poor delivery timescale
Ordered in stock item on 6 Nov, as of 12 Nov still not received. Meanwhile I ordered an item on 8 Nov, in the evening, collected it yesterday 11 Nov. Have to cancel my ride for tomorrow, the only dry day this week, so won't be ordering from Biketart if I want it timely.

I ordered 2 pairs of cycling shoes that weren't right. It cost me £11.50 to send them back.
Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, even quicker than expected. I ordered after the next day delivery cut off yesterday and it arrived today. Very well packaged and keenly priced. Highly recommended.

Ordered the wrong mount for my brake which was entirely my fault however I was easily able to exchange it for the right one. Could not reccomend them enough

Paid for 2-3days delivery, not arrived.
Paid for 2-3days delivery for a helmet size showing as in stock.
4th day and not received.
Rang & was told, it's 2-3days for them to process order, then 2-3days delivery on top, having paid £4.50 for fast track delivery.
A week after order, paying for fast tracked delivery, is not fast (which tells me they product was not in stock as the website showed) & they don't clearly state it could take 3+ days to process order + the 2-3days delivery on top.
Great service and quick delivery
I ordered a new bike from Biketart and their communication and service was fantastic.
They got in contact soon after I ordered and asked for more information for suspension set up and bike build along with some expectations for delivery.
A few emails followed about delivery and build and they were able to expedite the delivery to me so I received the bike a few days later.
Really happy with the bike itself and the service provided by the team at Biketart.

Very poor service ordered a fox armour for Motocross still waiting for it ordered on the 1st still number phone number doesn't accept phone calls email only chat is non exists will never buy from this company again and I've gone straight to fox the main dealer and they said they will investigate the poor service and total disregard for customer satisfaction. I've also told my 1.4 million subscribers not use this company so reputation is as good as gone.
