Overall, the product is good, but one of the modules was missing connection points, which was quite disappointing considering the 36,000 DKK price and 4-month waiting time. At that level, everything should be perfect. Also, the legs on the modules aren’t properly aligned, which was a bit frustrating.

I bought Jason sofa and delivered to me last friday. I don't know where to start. They have been so helpful from the day I contacted with them until the delivery and after that. I have asked countless questions and Christopher replied me with a smile on his face every time. His approach to me is so professional but sincere and kind. They know they do not sell furniture, they make a home for you. They have been on every single details and they did not miss one. Sometimes they offered/suggested me something I never actually can think and it worked. This was a trial purchase for me because I have no furniture in my apartment and now we are working on other items such as dinner table, bedstands, chairs... etc for my apartment. I already recommended to my colleague and she loved what I got. You will not ever regret! Thanks to Christopher and entire team.

We first went to their shop in Aarhus where we were greeted by the counter personnel and received the utmost attention and help in selecting the right sofa, sizes, and material. We received a quote right then and there and had taken the time to look at other options. They were not too pushy on trying to sell which I really appreciated.

We ordered our custom sofa back in January with their consultant and it was clearly communicated that there is a long waiting time. BoShop made sure to keep us updated when the order got handled by the manufacturer and even managed to deliver our sofa 1 week earlier.

The BoShop team was transparent in communication and made sure to call us in time to schedule the exact delivery day.
We are satisfied with both the sofa quality but also their service and care for customers. I recommend you the Aarhus shop and especially Jesper Brandi for his help.

Had really top class experience of dealing with BoShop, the branch in Aalborg. The sales team was super helpful and professional. I ordered 2 chairs and got them delivered to London, all went smoothly and I am very happy with the result.

Didn't shop online but in person. I went to the store because furniture for me has to be experienced. I got great help and direction from one of the salespeople--found two pieces of furniture I was looking for.
I actually bought a piece I thought I wanted, but when I got home, the piece was too large (didn't realize it came in two sizes). BoShop had not problem taking it back.
The delivery was good, but the chair was delivered with some pieces that should be added to the footings to protect the floor from scratches that could be made when the chair is moved. There is no direction for how to apply this protection.
