Lodge Jacket delivered today. Fit is great (was concerned if M would be too tight near the waist, but it's perfect). Nice delivery experience. Arrived a day earlier than expected, packaging is what... See more

Canada Goose has very poor customer service. There are few things worse than paying for a luxury item, not receiving it and then having to deal with poor customer service to get a refund for an item you never received. I would expect them to fully own the issue and resolution, but that has not been the case. Based on my experience, I will never shop with them again. They don’t seem to be a reputable brand and I would encourage others to shop with caution.
I purchased a Canada Goose Expedition Parka, advertised for temperatures of –30°C and below. From the first wear, it failed to keep me warm. Even at –10°C, the jacket did not perform as advertised.
Because I wore it briefly to test warmth, I was told it was not eligible for return. I sent it in for inspection and was charged a $105 cleaning fee to supposedly “activate” the down, plus shipping. The jacket was simply washed and returned with no improvement.
After reporting the same issue and sending it back again and paying another $105 cleaning fee plus shipping, I was informed that no improvement or fix could be made, even though the jacket still did not work.
Charging repeated fees while ignoring a clear performance failure is unacceptable for a premium brand. Do not buy this jacket. Its -30°C & Below claim is completely false, and the company clearly misleads customers.
I WILL NEVER spend another $ with this company. For the amount of money you spend with them, their have 0 regard for the customer. Customer service was horrible. I was sent a used/returned coat as new from an online order. Between their phone support and their inspection house in Nevada, I got 0 help. Took a random dry cleaner i was picking up a suit from to tell me about the warranty program...warranty to fix a "new" coat i purchased. Another shipping cost $100+ x2, repair costs $200+, Me having to call multiple times as their system was stuck on payment required, even though i paid, which prevented the jacket from being repaired in a timely manner, I finally got a" new looking" jacket i was supposed to get BRAND NEW the first time...sort of...Still has a mark on it..
To add insult to injury, I sent the coat, original tags attached in the garment bag and box i received it in. It was returned to me in a brown box in bubble wrap.
NEVER AGAIN. I was honestly going to get myself a coat from here after my Fiancé got hers, but after this experience I'll skip it.
Ordered in-store in SoHo for a black Macmillian Parka to be delivered to another address, what came in the box was a size small blue hoodie with a Macmillian Parka tag attached to it. Paid 1.3k for something I can't even wear and now I have to go out my way to return for a refund. Would attach a picture if I could
Canada Goose return department made it very difficult or impossible to return a product. They may make up excuses to reject your returns . Be aware.
I bought a Christmas present last year and once received, we decided to immediately return it because it didn't fit and my husband didn't like the color. It was never worn other than tried on on Christmas day. I returned the product on Jan 6th and it returned back to me without any explanation. I called to ask and their return department just said the jacket had a pen stain, which seemed a pure excuse. It was never worn and we immediately returned it. If it had a pen stain, it may have been made by their return department.
There was no communication/explanation on the return rejection and the excused was received only after I followed up. The fact that the return department may be making up excuses to make it impossible to return products is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
Bought a Canada goose gilet in September 2023. Very rarely worn but the disc is coming away from the chest. The warranty team have confirmed there’s excess glue on the disc but for some reason it’s ok. I don’t understand how you can see glue but still say it’s within tolerance. Paid the best part of £600 for a sub par product. I have over 10 Canada goose products and none of them have this issue. Talking to the team is like arguing with a brick wall.
Well the quality has certainly gone down hill… they state these coats are of high quality and warm…. Yes they used to be I will admit that I used to think them brilliant and of high quality and worth the money… NOT NOW I was bought for Christmas a Clair long fitted coat and thought strange that it was thin but thought that maybe this was how they make the new design…. But how very wrong I was….. having only worn in the rain as in England we have mainly had wet weather but the temperature has really dropped and this coat is shocking and not warm at all, in fact my joules one that only cost a couple of hundred pounds far at ways the Canada Goose which cost over £1,000… spoke to customer service which was only done by chat and informed them of my concerns….. and wow you have to jump through so many loops and then if they decided it’s fine I end up with a coat in mine and my friends opinion to be poor quality.
The whole experience is a nightmare.
I advise any who buys this coat to wear quickly in cold weather and so it within 30 days as after that point it’s a nightmare.
Was told I could take it into three shops in England!!!! Had I lived in a city that sold this coat then ok but 60 + miles away is a joke.
I will never buy again or indeed recommend.
Again make sure you buy when the weather is actually cold and return in 30 days.
This coat is made to withstand cold temperatures…. Absolutely rubbish same I can’t add a image I will on other social platforms
I purchased a pair of journey boot lite at a cost of £650. On the first time of wearing the boots a shard of metal protruded from the sole of each boot. This caused me a significant injury to the sole of both my feet. The boots were sent back to Canada goose under warranty. Canada goose emailed me and informed me that the boots could not be repaired. They offered me a credit note or replacement boots. I have lost confidence and faith in the Canada goose product and as such I will not be buying or wearing their products again. I asked for a refund of my £650. I was told that if I didn’t accept the credit note or replacement boots they would SEND MY FAULTY BOOTS BACK TO ME without any compensation. I’m not claiming damages for my injuries I just want my money back. A company this size can return my money if they want. This is another reason I won’t be buying Canada goose again. They FAILED to repair they FAILED to achieve a reasonable resolution and they are now threatening to send my boots back without repair. What responsible company threatens to send a DANGEROUS PRODUCT back that causes the wearer injury. Outrageous.
Since this review Canada goose have asked me for my contact detail so they can make contact with me. I have already contacted Canada goose to escalate my complaint. I have a rare skin condition called sweets / Bechets. When my skin is injured it’s a major issue. As such I will not wear Canada goose product again. You don’t seem to understand stand that I have lost faith and confidence in this brand. They still want to give me a gift card or replacement boots, or worse still are talking about sending the original dangerous boots back to me as they don’t refund under warranty. I have asked for a gift card and I will sell the card at a loss. How ARROGANT can a company get. They still believe I want to buy their products. Canada Goose you need to wake up and be flexible with your warranty resolutions. It’s is pure ARROGANCE that prevents the flexibility to resolve this matter in an APPROPRIATE way.
The coat does not meet the price. It does not keep you warm. It is extremely flimsy. Nothing
Like my previous purchases from Canada Goose. I am very disappointed. I loved the style however it’s not worth the money. I feel like I was cheated out of feathers. The picture on the website can be very deceiving.
Recieved a bomber jacket 1350 euros … with a hole in the pocket !!!
Canada Goose’s “lifetime warranty” appears to be misleading. My Timber Shell was inspected, and the initial claim of damage due to “high-temperature washing” was false, as the jacket has never been washed. When I challenged this, the explanation changed to vague wear and ageing, with no evidence provided and no meaningful solution offered.
Regardless of warranty status, making up reasons and refusing to engage with customers does not reflect the standard expected for a £599 technical jacket. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Canada Goose again.

Got it brand new. Removing the internal care label caused the stitching to open, which should not happen under normal use.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to report an issue with a recent order I received. I purchased a Canada Goose down jacket as a gift for my son, trusting in the brand’s well-known quality and reputation. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that the package arrived damaged — both the outer shipping box and the black Canada Goose gift box were broken upon delivery.
Given the extremely low temperatures in our area, I am relieved that the jacket itself appears to be in good condition. However, the damaged gift box significantly affects the presentation, especially since this was intended to be a special gift. The top opening ends of the box are torn and do not reflect the premium experience I expected from your brand.
I wanted to bring this packaging issue to your attention, as customers choose Canada Goose not only for product quality but also for the overall experience. In this case, the packaging did not meet the standard associated with your reputation.
Please let me know how this situation can be resolved. I would appreciate a replacement gift box or any solution you can offer.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
I received a jacket with a broken zipper and Canada Goose won’t do anything about it besides offer a return of an unworn item or I have to file a warranty claim and send in my jacket for 4-6 weeks in the middle of winter. I would expect higher class service for a $1,700 jacket of at least a discount or in store credit for the inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed in Canada Goose. I received a Canada Goose for Christmas, but returns it because I wanted the Ellison Jacket, but seeing that it never came back in stock I decided to order the Cypress jacket. I ordered a Large because it said it ran small, I waited two weeks for it even though I was charged for Express shipping. Once I received it the tag on the jacket said Small, the hanging tag says Large. It fits like a small. Where the quality control in this high end brand. Beyond frustrated and disappointed in this brand. Now I have to go through the process of returning it once again.
***UPDATE. Canada Goose’s reply below proves the point. Why ask for photos and allow you to open a claim, if it was never covered in the first place? They only inform you about the policy after having you send the item in, at your expense. I would avoid purchasing from Canada Goose due to poor quality on top of poor customer service.
They have also failed to send my hoodie back at the point.
***Original review
Based on my experience with a Canada Goose jacket that is now over ten years old, I purchased a Canada Goose hoodie with the expectation that the same high standard of quality would apply. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A hole developed due to what appeared to be a weak seam.
I submitted a warranty claim and was asked to provide photographs, followed by a request to ship the item in for inspection at my own expense. After doing so, the claim was denied on the basis that hoodies are excluded from warranty coverage, as stated in the fine print.
What I find concerning is that this exclusion was not communicated upfront. Instead, I was asked to go through a time-consuming process despite the claim being ineligible from the outset.
This experience is particularly disappointing given Canada Goose’s position as Canada’s leading luxury apparel brand

I’ve been waiting for a resolution on my order for weeks. On my last check-in, customer care assured me that the investigation takes a maximum of 10 business days. I even received an email confirmation that they were working on it.
We are now past the 12-business-day mark and I am still in the dark. I shouldn't have to chase a company like Canada Goose for updates when they set the deadline themselves. If you are going to tell a customer 10 days, you need to stick to it. Still waiting for a real person to actually solve this.

they're little too pricy but Canadian so 10/10! Love the quality so much.
