1st timer and i must say that the attention given by the staff was brilliant. I had some decisions to make and they were both patient and attentive. Items were delivered as scheduled.

The quality is superb and it gives a rich aesthetic to the accessories collection. However, the lighting (Iris pendant light) is way too big for HDB housing, so I had to return it and couldn’t find a replacement light that is suitable for my small house.
I hope the Castlery creates a collection that fits normal Singapore housing sizes. That would be amazing.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’ve been dealing with them for months regarding an issue with my order, and each time I have to explain the situation all over again without getting a real resolution. Response times are slow, there is no sense of ownership of the problem, and the whole process feels like an ongoing struggle instead of a basic customer service experience.
When a customer has an issue that goes on for so long, the expectation is to receive support and a clear solution, not to keep chasing updates and repeating the same information. This experience has been exhausting and far from the level of service one would expect.

I had a wonderful experience with Castlery. I placed a large order at the end of last year, and all the items arrived in perfect condition and of excellent quality.
One of the pieces didn’t quite fit my space, so I reached out to the company for assistance. Even though an exchange was not permitted under their policy, they were extremely accommodating and proactively offered reasonable options to help me obtain the product I wanted.
I would especially like to recognize Hafiza, who was consistently attentive, supportive, and willing to help throughout the entire process. Thank you very much!

It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about the customer experience even when a sale doesn't work out. Highly recommended!

I purchased furniture from Castlery UK in November 2025, well in advance, for January delivery, and paid extra for white-glove delivery with assembly. All required delivery details were provided upfront, including parking restrictions, lift access, and floor information, because this was planned ahead of my family moving in.
To date, I still have not received my furniture.
Castlery’s customer service has been limited to email replies saying “it will be fixed,” but nothing actually gets fixed. I was explicitly told Castlery would coordinate a scheduled delivery window with their carrier (BJS). That did not happen.
Instead:
Deliveries were repeatedly attempted outside the allowed parking schedule, despite Castlery having this information in advance.
I warned Castlery before the delivery day that the proposed time would not work due to parking restrictions. No action was taken.
BJS then arrived at the wrong time and simply said delivery was “impossible.”
As a result, my family has arrived and we have no furniture.
When you buy furniture months in advance and pay for premium delivery and assembly, basic coordination should not fail this badly. Castlery takes the payment, but does not seem to take ownership of the delivery experience or hold its delivery partner accountable.
At this point, I don’t need apologies — I need my furniture delivered as contracted.
