I stayed at the DCU campsites in Odense and Aarhus on a recent holiday in Denmark. The sites are very good by international standards both in terms of customer service and facilities. The site in Odense is the more modern of the two and with a stronger wifi signal.
Not really special but good foor a few days. Really nice staff!

NOT CHILD FRIENDLY !!!
The campsite is nice and clean, located in a forest area.
But the owner is terrible with kids. Screaming and yelling at them even when they are at the playing area.
Very primitive behavior !!!

Felt I should post this here since it is not the first time we experience this bad behavior on campsites.
As a couple, camping with a medium sized family tent Blommehaven will not let you book it’s best or most popular pitches spite their availability. Staff will shamelessly ask you if you have children and deem you unworthy of popular pitches.
This is behavior comes across as a both greedy and an unethical busniss strategy looking to hold pitches for more profitable campers ie. auto campers and caravans.
