Terrible service

They ran a sale on a large consumer site. Once I purchased the estimated delivery date was long but I accepted it. Once the date had passed I contacted them as there was no correspondence from their side. Only to have a delayed response and then be told they can’t tell me when the product will be dispatched or delivered. As if they don’t have stock of the item. They why post it on sale on an external site for people to buy.

I requested a refund as it’s not about the price. It’s about having the item I ordered delivered. Since the refund request I have not heard from them again.

Absolutely terrible customer service

I couldn't place order using my credit…

I couldn't place order using my credit voucher. Their system doesn't allow partial use of voucher, for large amount it's difficult to find an item with same price. Contacted deindeal via email haven't heard from them.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Deindeal. I placed an order on November 24th, with a guaranteed delivery date no later than December 7th. When the delivery deadline passed and I still hadn’t received the item, I contacted customer support and requested to cancel the order because I would be traveling for over a month. They ignored my request and shipped the item anyway around December 20th.

They claimed the package was delivered, but it never arrived. When I returned on January 10th, there was no package. I contacted them again, and they said they would investigate with the transport company and promised a response within 14 days. Their last message was on January 19th, and since then I have received no updates. Their customer support replies very slowly, about once per month, and the issue remains unresolved.

I paid for a product that I never received, and the lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Deindeal.

Unfortunately, the postal service denied any liability claim because it confirmed that the delivery was successful.

However, as our customers are very important to us and we did not want to leave you alone with this situation, we have decided to refund the full amount for the stolen package. We hope that this will at least compensate for some of the inconvenience caused.

Activation failed- thry sold me an used code

Activation failed – refund or replacement key required Dear Support Team, I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus via DeinDeal. Activation fails with the official Microsoft error message: “The activation limit of the Multiple Activation Key (MAK) has been reached.” This clearly indicates that the provided product key has already been used or resold and is not a valid single-user key. The issue is not related to installation, device, or language settings, but solely to the product key itself. I therefore request: a working replacement key, or a full refund I can provide screenshots of the Microsoft activation error and product information if required.
I have never heard back yet from Support tram regarding my claim.
