Zero communication only let me know they’d run out of stock of an item I chose after I reached out to ask why the order was taking so long. I chose another item and they are still yet to even prepare or ship my order. It’s now been 6 weeks since I ordered. Awful communication and they now seem to be ignoring my emails as well.

My experience with derschutze
Derschutze, when they deliver gives you great quality and beautiful clothing. My order which was sent to the UK arrived in about a week but previously my order hadn't been forfilled and therefore cancelled . I would buy from them just be aware that they might not fulfill your order but you get refunded. Good clothing just mid shipping.

So I don’t really write reviews but I’ve read so many bad ones here that I felt the need to share my experience with derschutze. So I was hesitant to order but only because of all the shit I’ve read online. Did it anyways and hoped for the best. I’ve placed my order on Sunday evening the 7th of December. Got an email the next day with a tracking code and it got delivered on Tuesday the 9th. That was the fastest I’ve ever received an order from outside my own country. It was a lastminute gift for my daughter and we could not been happier so thank you 🙏🏻

The quality of the clothes isn’t bad, but the shipping takes forever. If the product isn’t right, you have to cover the return cost. Of course, that’s not the main issue — it’s more that you have to beg for the refund.
DO NOT SHIP PARCEL IN TIME.
Website stated parcel will be shipped between 5-9 days however are unable to deliver on that promise. They release new products monthly but aren't able to ship the parcels already being ordered.
They delivered the package to the wrong…
They delivered the package to the wrong address, and neither the shipping company nor this company will take responsibility. The package was never delivered to us. I provided photo proof showing it was delivered to a different unit within our complex, which has nearly 200 units, so the item is now lost. They are not taking this situation seriously. I have sent multiple emails, but they keep insisting that because it was marked as “delivered,” they won’t assist me. Yes, it was delivered—but not to me! I did not hire UPS, they did so they need to take responsibility. UPS says I have to talk to the Seller to resolve it...
Quality decline
The embroidery is gorgeous but theres been a significant decline in quality in my opinion as some one who has bought from them a few times. Shipping takes a while but its not that bad, they're a small company. The embroidery is nice but quality now feels cheap and light .
Buyer beware
Returned an item by special delivery on 25 November and keep asking for my refund. There is a trail of e mails and I am getting every excuse under the sun. Their system down, where is my proof of postage etc - this cost me nearly £15 to return. Now contacted my credit card who is putting the payment on hold. Will never ever use again - I feel like they are trying to keep my money with their calm and controlled responses - one arrived at 00.13 am!!!!

Worst customer service ever
This is the most baffling customer service i have ever recieved. I had filed a return and it arrived a week ago. After 8 days of no response from them i decided to try another email adress to ask where my package is and they actually responded. They were purposely ignoring my emails while giving no response.

Well well well First Order was a pair of pants and one of the tracksuits. I first thought it would take around a week+ for shipping but it came in a few days happy about that nice quality and it looks great Kudos! but around a new release or like holidays you can expect week plus shipping ( still have nog shipping confirm on my second order but we are patient ) also about the costumer service its pretty fast i had a question and it got answered in a day or so maybe its different when returning an item? idk for now a positive review

Retuned items with proof of return. Terrible communication and no refund. Had to get credit card company involved. Avoid this bunch if I was you.
Shocked to be honest
Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They respond incredibly slowly, often don’t reply to emails at all, and seem to just string you along when there’s a problem like receiving a defective item. The lack of communication and accountability was beyond frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Expect to wait for months
Pre ordered a watch, which was meant to come in 90 days. It's been over 150 days now. The email responses I've been getting have been AI, and keep linking me back to the pre order website (which I directly mentioned in my emails).

My daughter bought a pair of jorts…
My daughter bought a pair of jorts which were too large. I emailed and was told they would happily exchange the jorts. I sent the jorts back to them and many many weeks later I’m still waiting for the smaller jorts which were promised to me. They are now ignoring my email.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I bought some jeans in size 28 and they delivered me the jeans in size 36. They demanded that I cover the return shipping costs. They are at fault and I have to take the blame. Otherwise the jeans are reliable

Sent me damaged items. Never replied to emails and only way to request a refund or return is through email. Check over reviews here before buying, wish I had. Awful company.
