Horrible company with very bad customer service. They are selling items where the technical details are not corresponding with reality.
You can´t sell furniture that is a different size and expect the customer to pay to ship it back to you!!!!

I ordered from this third-party seller via Leroy Merlin. I was double-charged (once by item and once for the full total). I only received half of my order. The seller insists it was delivered, but nobody was home at that time. They are refusing to tell me where the package is or provide any updates.

Absolutely horrible company that makes garbage products. I ordered hundreds of € worth of some "outdoor" tiling from them that was completely destroyed within a few months, because it was very much not suitable for outdoors. The company admitted fault and accepted a return. After they received it, they blocked my email, and now claim to not have any record of the return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My father bought some new chairs, and when we tried to assemble them, we noticed that some of the screw holes were missing. The company initially offered a €15 refund, but then, when I told them that a worker had charged me €30 to make them usable, they backtracked and said that's just how the chairs were made. Well, sure, seats that can't be attached to chairs, that seems normal to me. Don't buy from this site; they sell junk and pretend to be right.

The company sells poor-quality and defective items, and when you try to cancel the purchase within two weeks and return the products after just a few days because of the defects, they try to blame the customer for the issues. Very unprofessional. They sell junk and refuse to take responsibility.

Wenn man den Kauf innerhalb von zwei Wochen widerruft und die Ware nach nur wenigen Tagen aufgrund der Mängel zurücksenden möchte, versuchen sie, die Schuld für die Defekte dem Kunden zuzuschieben. Sehr unprofessionell. Sie verkaufen Schrott und wollen keine Verantwortung übernehmen.

Dishonest company and tried to avoid accepting a return. Don't waste your money. I bought a bed from them and cancelled the order immediately. They contacted me and said the order was already with their courier and I could ask for it to be 'returned to sender' once it arrived at my door. I did that, and a week later the courier returned the item to me again. Now this company is saying I can go online and process a return for the item but I will be responsible for shipping costs. Based on other reviews here of returns being received by the company and the company pretending that they didn't receive them, I wont be wasting anymore money.

We ordered 5 storage racks but 1 set of connection pieces (1 set contains 4 pieces) was missing: S connector C114.
I informed them about it and they immediately responded by sending a box with the missing pieces.
But the box contained only 3 pieces. Not 4.
So I contacted them again, but now they do not respond anymore. Also by telephone it is always the same voicemail.
I don’t mind to buy this 1 missing C114 piece myself somewhere else. But it is impossible. Only via amazon.com but you have to buy a set of 4 pieces and pay more than €20 incl. shipping.
Looks like I cannot install the last storage rack, due to 1 little missing piece …

The item they sent me was damaged during shipping. Technical support promptly refunded my money. I have nothing to hold against them.

I ordered a desk. I received it relatively fast BUT without bolts or any kind of assembly material. No instructions also.
When I asked for them to be sent separately the said they cannot do that but they can give me 15 euros to do that myself, as if I knew what is needed exactly.
Then I asked for a return which they agreed to BUT I had to take the 33 kg desk to the shipping company.
Ofc they do not answer the phone and they reply late to the emails. KEEP AWAY.

I ordered dining room chairs €183.89 great delivery to Ireland, unfortunately they where not suitable, I contacted ecd who said can return but I have to pay, I paid gls €66 to return back to germany, they arrived 20th August, confirmed by gls. All I keep getting now is emails saying when returned I will be fefunded, seems like I am not getting my money back, I will lose €183 +€66 total €249.

I was looking for dining room chairs and by chance I found this website called Eris Car Design. I bought fabulous chairs, in the red colour which could have been complicated as they are so many reds. But the colour is just perfect, the style is also so nice and the chairs are incredibly comfortable. Also worth mentioning is the excellent price that I paid for these 4 quality chairs, the efficient customer service and a very quick delivery (I ordered the chairs on Tuesday afternoon, they were delivered in Brussels on Friday lunch time, same week). I am very happy about my first experience with ECD Germany. Well done!

Excellent customer service, my order was responded to promptly and the issue was resolved in a customer-friendly manner, I will continue to buy in the future and can only recommend this company.

We ordered a table that arrived without any of the necessary hardware—no screws, no fixings, nothing. From that point on, the experience went downhill.

It took over 24 hours to get a response each time we contacted customer service, and more than a week to receive any real assistance. We specifically asked for details on the missing parts so we could source them ourselves, but we were given no clear information.

As a result, we had to guess and ended up buying the wrong parts—wasting time, money, and effort. Even after explaining all this, we were initially offered a small compensation that didn’t come close to covering the costs we’d incurred. A slightly improved offer followed, but it still felt like too little, too late.

Overall, this was not just about a missing screw—it was a complete failure in communication, accountability, and basic customer care. We paid far more than we should have just to make the table usable, and the entire experience was stressful and disappointing.

I purchased a sink which arrived damaged and I asked for a replacement. Unfortunately to get one the company asked me to take the damaged sink to their depot which would have taken me at least 1.30 hrs. I asked if I could give the damaged item to the delivery driver upon receiving the new one, but they refused that option. I was left with a badly damaged item and a refund of 25€, which is nothing, given I will need to buy a new one, surely never again from this company.

Very good pricing of parts, very efficient service, quick dispatch and no transport cost. Excellent service, will be my first stop for parts in the future. Well done.

Dishonesty
We ordered tiles from Otto in Germany
He sent the tiles in 41 packages thru GLS
Due to illness we wanted to send back but the boxes were heavy but they refused to send GLS for pick.up
We anyhow arranged to send back and on tracking we could see someone has signed it and received the delivery
But the seller keeps saying they have not received all
I would not recommend this shop

they misspelled my address when they passed the item over to GLS, so that they already tried twice the delivery. I cannot correct the address with gls, the gls tracking page clearly says they have to correct the address. i wrote many many times and the only reply they gave was that i had to contact GLS, which is impossible. and they still have my money,.. like i was a bank!!

Sending the wrong article

what a ….. business ordered 2 sup boards never received and have not even gotten half of my 350 euros back to be exact 166 euros I find it outrageous in these times when everything already costs a lot you think you can buy something nice for your children shame on your ecd

We bought legs for our dining table from ECD Germany. There was an issue with the legs, I contacted them and they sorted it out very quickly. Customer Service was very professional and helpful. I am happy with the overall service.
