Bad experience with Etam
I ordered various items at Etam during the sales, they never arrived. The transporter claims that the order was delivered at the pick up shop which is not true, I never received the email and went multiple times to the pick up and it wasn't there. Etam said the order was returned to them and just decided unilaterally to reimburse me even though I asked multiple times to get my order even if it took a bit more time. If I order these items again I won't be able to get them at the price I found them during the sales. It's a bit of a scam and I spent a lot of energy on back and forth emails with Etam with absolutely no results.

Ordered on 29th November for around £100! No tracking update since 8th December. I had to email maybe 20 times with only automatic replies telling me to wait. I called twice the customer service in France and no one was able to assist me further as they do not help UK customers and advised me to email again… despite I explained I already did it. On the 29th December I decided to contact klarna as I paid with them. And fortunately they managed to get my money back as today on 14th January. But I have been very lucky that I used klarna to pay

Products never arrived and they were impossible to reach
Bad, terrible delivery and customer service system! I ordered from their online store on December 26th. They said it would take 5 to 9 working days. It's now January 12th and I haven't received anything. They don't answer, the customer service phone provided doesn’t work and theist delivery company doesn’t answer either. I'm trying to get a refund but it seems to be extremely complicated. I’m never buying from them again.
