I contacted them, to complain that they were sending me a wrong size shirt. My order was supposed to include two different shirts, both 4xl. I noticed after they had dispatched, when I checked tracking. That one of the shirts was size Small. The answer I got back was it was too late to change. I suggested that I could return the small shirt to exchange for the correct size of 4xl. I got no reply from them. I sent another email to say that I've seen that another Leeds United shirt could be released soon and if I bought one of these, could the correct sized yellow one be sent with that. Still no reply. The only way to contact this company is by email, so after 4 email's, I'm yet to receive a reply. Customer service stinks, surely another contact way would be helpful. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. Why does such a company exist, if their customer service is this bad?? I said to them, I know that I tapped 4XL on both shirts. I suggested that there must have been a glitch in their orders page.

I ordered a couple of shirts last year which were really good. Due to this I ordered 2 more tops and a pair of shorts. The sponsor logo on the shirt was wonky and both strips were different shades of blue.
The shorts were poor quality and a different colour ie advertised light blue arrived black. I spoke to the customer services who weren't interested and despite stating the shorts would be replaced haven't done so.
Plenty other companies out there I'd avoid these

I got 2 Celtic tops 1 top fits great but the 2nd one was too small even if it was the same size

Used this site before, I was really happy with the 2 shirts.
Ordered 2 shirts again 4 weeks ago but only 1 has arrived.
I've been charged for 2 shirts and there is only 1 tracking number, so I cannot see the other shirt arriving any time soon.
I've contacted them, hopefully the problem will be sorted

Excellent service, great value

Bought 5 shirts from them excellent material only downside had to wait 5 weeks for delivery but when saving over 40 pounds per shirt well worth the wait will definitely be buying from this company again
