They try to deceive people into borrowing money and then they say that europ union pays back because they want to help residents invest.

Fortissio is an unreliable platform with inexperienced operators who seem like random people picked off the street. Their knowledge of trading is superficial at best, and they mostly follow scripted responses without providing real support.

Customer service is more focused on pushing you to deposit more money rather than actually helping with your concerns.
