The worst delivery company in Denmark

The worst delivery company in Denmark, they deliver things outside opening hours of the restaurant, they don't phone call when they are at the place and after want 300dkk for second delivery. They come at 10:55 they see it's close so next day they also come at ,10:50 STUPID SCAM.

The guy who brought our new treadmill…

The guy who brought our new treadmill to us was so amazing. He managed to get our product out to us even though it was incredibly icy. He was is such a good mood even though it was a hard delivery.

Smooth Delivery of Heavy Gardening Equipment

I recently used this freight forwarding company to deliver some very heavy gardening equipment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The delivery arrived exactly on time, and I was kept informed throughout the process with regular SMS updates and an online tracking link, which made everything easy to follow.

The driver also called me when they were getting close to my address, which I really appreciated. I wasn’t home at the time, but they were extremely accommodating — they left the equipment in the agreed drop-off spot and even sent photo proof of delivery right away.

Overall, the communication, reliability, and professionalism were excellent. Highly recommend!

The delivery guy was lazy enough to come upstairs, he just said he does't have a time even I told him I physically unavailable to carry. This never happened from the other carriers so I'm quite surprised.

I've now had 2 deliveries failed…

I've now had 2 deliveries failed because the courier was not able to ring the doorbell while I was at home waiting. Meanwhile, I have had other couriers that have had no issue delivering packages in the same time intervals, and not just taking a photo of the door, but actually ringing the doorbell - which is an issue regarding the company I've heard about before. When I call customer support, they tell me they won't send out a new delivery. Before I can even get to ask how I proceed with getting my package they hang up on me, just because I express my disappointment with the delivery. So now, I'm left to my own devices. Lackluster and disappointing, and would not recommend.

Bad experience

The delivery guy was super rude. He left the package outside the building, when asked to help me at least get it through the door he said “not my problem”. He left me with also a huge wood pallet that needs to be properly disposed and not left in the garden of the building. Also the disposal of wood wasn’t his problem apparently.

Based on your name, we could not find your order in our system, so we would need your tracking number to see exactly what happened with your delivery.

Standard delivery in such cases is "curbside delivery", meaning the driver leaves the package at the building entrance or on the sidewalk. Bringing items further inside must be arranged by the sender.

That being said, it does sound like the situation could have been handled better. We are very sorry about that.

Shitty company

Shitty company! DO NOT BUY FROM STORES THAT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DELIVERY COMPANY. I bought two bikes for a total of 43,000 DKK (€5,700) from (BIKEWORLD), which were supposed to have been delivered to my home. The driver arrived at 6:00 in the morning, unannounced, and without any notification. He was obviously asleep. When I woke up at 6:30, I noticed I had two missed calls. I called that number and it was the incompetent driver. I told him I was at home, but that he had arrived too early and without any prior notice. He replied that my bikes would be returned to the shipping center and that I should contact customer service. Customer service took the case and sent the bikes back to me without any prior notice or time, and curiously, right when I'm at work. I contacted them, and they told me they wouldn't send them again and that the bike shop would have to place another shipping order and pay extra. Neither the shop nor the logistics company takes responsibility. Poor service, poor shipping management, a shitty company.

Shattered sink arrived

The company where we bought the materials for our bathroom usued this company to ship. The first experienced went well and the driver called me when it was there. The experience today was horrible apart from arriving later than the time estimated, and not callign when it arrived, the delevery person rang all the bells and the sink that we waited weeks for was left in the entrance of the building and the box was crushed and the sink inside was completely shattered. We have filed a complained already, but this is unacetable beahaviour from your workers.
