One of the worst car insurance in Spain
One of the worst car insurance companies in Spain . My policy was with Generalli but they were merged with them. Tried to speak to them every day for a week . They are unhelpful and locked in the dark ages . Don’t try and ask for someone that speaks English because there isn’t any . On the phone they are not helpful and trying to get a clear answer from them is impossible. I asked if I can speak to a manager they said there isn’t any. Cancelling my policy with them and won’t look back . Avoid at all costs especially if you are not Spanish . You will be banging your head against a brick wall
