They limited my account, preventing me from withdrawing money. I have not been informed of any rule breaches. Customer support is blocked. As soon as I submitted my complaint𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚efficiently retrieved my entire refund. Their speed in resolving the issue was exceptional.
Absolutely lousy business, I bought gold more than 3 years ago and never received anything and was always given a new excuse as to why the delivery times were delayed.
How they have now even completely pulled out of the business with the mine where they supposedly invested. Very questionable business I would not recommend to anyone.
