One of my favourite places to go, this is a must try. Everything on the menu bangs! 😋😍

We visited here this afternoon.
After awaiting approximately 40 mins the food served was cold.
I explained this to the waitress and nothing was done
This has been a favourite for me and my family.I don't think I will visit again

Alex was very mindful of allergies which we appreciate, and burgers were good.

Slow service, 20 mins for drinks order to be taken, 30 mins for food order to be taken. Food was cold when it arrived, burgers dripping with fat, so much so it was literally pooling in the bottom of the burger tray, had to wait 15 mins for some fries to arrive that we had ordered. Burgers had all been eaten by the time the fries finally did arrive, no apology given by staff. Waiting staff did not return to tables to check everything was ok/take further drinks orders. Had to ‘flag’ staff down to get their attention. Quality definitely gone downhill. Used to be good. Won’t be returning.

10.00 deposit was not taken off bill, beware , still not had money back, it’s a scam

I can’t put into words how amazing the food is here- the flavours of the burgers are just insane!

I recommend this place to everyone I talk to! 100% the best burgers I’ve ever had! Me and my partner will drive over an hour just to experience it!

I attended the restaurant last night for a 60th birthday party was being friendly towards the waitress as I was given the wrong drink I told her I would manage, and touched her gently on the wrist. This seemed to be a big issue as the manager got involved he approached the table and did not ask for details just said not to touch again I apologised but was made to feel uncomfortable no thought was given to how I felt just disregarded my feelings. If I had been a younger customer the waitress would have been happy to interact but because I am older she did the opposite I feel sorry for any one off a certain age who would like to visit this restaurant you are not made to feel at home they only want younger clientele from my experience

Pricey but good service, hot well cooked food. Would have liked at least one more veggie burger option on the menu

My girlfriend found this place through tik tok, we travelled an hour to eat here. Best burger weve ever had, the dirty fries were unreal too. Keeley served us and she was brill. All round great experience.

My friend and I booked a table this evening. We waited 40 minutes for our food, asked what the delay was and we’re told it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later my fries and burger turned up. I ate a few fries and they were luke warm, when I poked my fork into my burger it was cold. My friends fries turned up a couple of minutes later so I explained my food was cold. It was taken away with a mumbled apology. My friends fries were also cold. Her burger turned up and she said her fries were cold, they were taken away again a barely mumbled apology. Her fries came back, all hot. My fries came back hot, my replacement burger was again cold. I called the server back and complained. Few minutes later a hot burger arrived. I ate half my meal and we asked for the bill and for the other half of my food to be wrapped to take home. We were there for 1 hr 45 minutes in total. At no point did a manager come across and offer an apology for the poor service or cold food.
This is the third and final time for me here as not once have I had a good experience but this was by far the worst.

Eaten here a couple times and the quantity and quality is unmatched

Rang up and was advised there would be a little wait and drove over an hour to get here to be turned away at the door very poor service

Best burger bar I've been to there burgers are in a league of there own and I've tried a lot of burger bars.

I highly recommend this place if you love burgers and a few drinks Hanbao is the place to be.
