Good company

Good company - everything is fine.

Great furniture, good instruction manual, amazing value for money. Made in Poland, maybe that's why the quality is so good :) The only minus - choosing the GLS courier.

As promised, the item was delivered on the exact date. However, since I live in Island, the local shipping company always delivers items a day later, which is completely understandable. Everything arrived together—nothing was missing or damaged. I am more than satisfied and I am in love with my purchase. Thank you home 24

Didn't get yet my orders

On 28 november 2025 I ordered 2 cupboards, the order numbers 1023861236 but they didn't shipped yet. The status is still pending till now. I'd like to know the reason why till 10 January 2026 they didn't send it so I contacted them in the email, also there's no response yet. This frustrating me

Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my parcel.

Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my parcel. PostNL changed the delivery date to 9 January 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00. I changed my plans and travelled from Amsterdam to Zaandam to receive the parcel, as I only found out about the delivery on the morning of 9 January 2026. However, the parcel was not delivered.

Later, I received a notification that the delivery would be postponed until tomorrow. When I checked the delivery details, I saw a delivery address that has nothing to do with me, and I don’t know the person whose name is listed there.

Whose mistake is this? if all the details in my order were entered correctly.

The ordering process is also okay

We do not recommend transporting home24.nl products with PostNL
Transport with PostNL - I waited a month for the furniture and it never arrived. Driver lies, pickup impossible. Delivery impossible during specified hours. Contact with the driver impossible.
Our cameras never saw the delivery or the driver. No one ever called. We changed the delivery date three times, to no avail.

I do not recommend using PostNL. If possible, do not use it.

If you buy from home24.nl, do not use PostNL, you may never see your order

Home24.nl It works properly. They plan to refund the money.

We have no complaints about the seller.

Home24 is the worst store to purchase…

Home24 is the worst store to purchase from. We ordered 2 expensive clothes cupboards. The item's got delivered with the boxes broken and then item's broken, they then have the cheek to say that they will give us €90 off the purchase price of €600.00 each without getting the whole order exchanged as we have not opened the other boxes, this is total unacceptable and an inconvenience as the house is now full of boxes. Please people be careful when considering to purchase from this company. We even have photos

I have taken the liberty of reviewing your order and found that the situation you described does not correspond with the actual events.

You initially requested a return because several packages of the two wardrobes were delivered with damage. In order to avoid a return, we offered you a discount (€90,00 per wardrobe) or a voucher ( €220,00), or replacement of the damaged packages only. You indicated that you wished for a complete exchange combined with the offered discount. Unfortunately, this is not possible and you have therefore chosen to return your order.

Worst furniture shopping experience…

Worst furniture shopping experience ever. For the last 2 months, they have not been sending my shoe racks. Simple shoe racks; they don't have a clue where my order is. No update, no compensation, no support. Worst site to buy furniture. Not recommended at all.

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.. I ordered a sofa.. after waiting.. we received today a sofa with one side torn a bit with missing zipper + no holes made for the legs to be assembled.. Extremely disappointed.

Edit in my review - i reported the complaint to Home24 and they immediately called me up. Gave me multiple solutions. Arranged for the return amd I got my complete refund. I will give them 5/5 for their customer service and honesty.. but the quality check before sending the order is 0/5.

We offered you a discount and a voucher. Initially, you opted for a free return and full refund, and the sofa was picked up accordingly. Later, you changed your mind and requested an exchange, which we immediately initiated for you.

However, it appears that the return process had already triggered a full refund. You should have received the credit note via email on September 5th. I’ll forward this matter to our customer service team to ensure everything is clear and properly followed up. It’s possible you weren’t yet aware of this update.

They scented a product of the wrong…

They scented a product of the wrong color, but when I came home, the repairman had already collected everything and it was impossible to send it back. I had to repaint this product myself, as I just hate the gray color and don't understand how it could be confused with black when sending it
