I think I was scammed.
Yes I endured a face to face survey that was prolonged and wearisome but I was too polite to ask if it was going to take much longer so my advice is do not let them in. As a couple we were promised two £10 Amazon vouchers which I would have donated to charity but they never materialised. Do they place any value on a trustworthy reputation ? Possibly not.
SCAMMERS who do not pay promised incentives!
Completed a 3 day diary for one of their client, a well known Canadian institution, and several MONTHS I have been trying to contact them, through 3 different e-mails including the ones responsible for this study. They ignore e-mails and they have failed to pay incentives for service rendered, therefore I am going to take legal actions against the company for fraudulent misrepresentation and failure to provide incentive for service rendered as per their written agreement, which is legally binding. I will contact their client and expose this as well. Meanwhile to those who want to join or for suppliers or GPT sites, I advise strong caution when dealing with this company, they are extremely deceptive.

They send surveys through Swagbucks in the UK you fill in all the information spend 15 minutes doing the survey, then they say do you want to join them you need to download our software, they should tell you before you start harvesting free info without payment scam
I do not recommend completing surveys…
I do not recommend completing surveys on Ipsos iSay.
A large number of surveys collect very sensitive information, especially about personal finances, bank accounts, savings, and investments. This raises serious concerns about privacy and data security.
There are also an overwhelming number of surveys focused on politics and government topics, which quickly becomes repetitive and tiring.
Some survey questions feel overly simplistic, poorly structured, or repetitive, as if they were not designed for a general audience. At times, it feels like the surveys are created without considering users who expect clear, logical, and well-thought-out questions.

They claim they have no vouchers to redeem points, which is nonsense. Pay us! Now!
***Update: January 2026***
I emailed them about the lack of vouchers and, days later, they got back to me with a generic "We're sorry and don't know when" email. I emailed them back, furious, and the next day they contacted me to tell me they had vouchers. I sincerely doubt I had anything to do with it - total coincidence - but they now have vouchers. I'm changing my 1-star to 4. I take a monthly survey about tobacco use and get $10 a pop. It's not much, but it's not nothing either.

No redemption vouchers are available and I have 4,000 points
Not recommended
The majority of the surveys that they offer boot me halfway through. It sends me a message saying that the survey is "being picky". At first this felt like an honest issue. It has now become all I ever see.
When I go back to my list of available surveys to start another....the list is suddenly empty.
Messages sent back through the feedback forum allow for an email to be sent to support. Support tries to indicate that it's a hardware or software fault on my end.... or they don't answer at all (majority).
I don't recommend using this after the first day or two. It's gonna glitch. Once that begins, I recommend cashing in your points. I haven't yet tried the claim any of my points. If that becomes an issue, I'll post here.
Feedback from others is suggesting the same. The rating of this company is really low. The company is difficult to gain resolution with and they do nothing to fix problems. They don't give credit for partial surveys, either.
Unfortunately, this site is tantamount to a scam.

IPSOS is a GYP-SOS
I think Ipsos should be retitled "Gyp-sos." It's a sham all the way. They promise you an electronic gift card of $20 if you participate in their survey, but what they're really after is finding out your income, and what email address goes along with that income. Do not--I repeat--do not give them either one. I never saw hide nor hair of a gift card, and they never answered my myriad phone calls to find out why. Take the dollar they mail you to entice you to participate--pure emotional blackmail, as I see it--and run. Or, if it makes more sense, donate it to a local church or children's health organization. You'll feel better--instead of bitter.
Make you work then no pay
I worked as a consultant for their branch in Egypt for a project finished 10 months ago, and they haven't paid me yet

How GREEDY can one company be...you ring my phone and expect me to give up 15mins of my time to answer your questions FOR FREE...yet you have charged your clients thousands for that project and have the audacity to get rhe data without paying the user for it...yet if you used a panel partner you would OF COURSE pay the participate for taking a survey
You are a multi million dollar company!
Horrible
Long story short, it is a company that severely mistreats their employees while scamming its costumers.
Total failure, everywhere
For some reason, I started receiving spam emails from this business, some surveys. They used the wrong name, so I assume someone entered my email address by mistake. That happens.
However, unsubscribing did not work. Replying didn’t help either—the reply-to address does not exist, and neither does the “from” address. I tried every unsubscribe option listed in the email headers with no success. I also attempted to contact them through the “Contact Us” page on their website, but that didn’t work either.
Overall, their communication systems are completely broken, and it has been impossible to resolve a very simple issue.

I’m done with the two weeks trial period on an app they made me downloaded. Now I am having difficulty getting them to compensate me. They are not responding to my mails either.

Deceitful and Manipulative Gas Lighters
I was sent a mail program letter by Ipsos where it stated to contact them to opt out if desired. It's called a "turn Clutter into Cash" mail program. I did not want to be a participate so I emailed the address provided asking to opt out. The customer service individual named Anne from Ipsos Say refused to withdraw my participation as stated. She made the experience difficult by acting clueless to what I was asking, having me repeat information, then asked for a picture of the letter (which I had already thrown). The letter did not mention a proof of picture was required to opt out. Overall, clearly trying to be a nuisance and make this a difficult experience for me for no reason. I think it's absolutely disgusting and shameful that a Ipsos Say will claim to cooperate with a withdrawal request, only to do the opposite so bluntly. I spent much of my time providing feedback to their surveys and after this experience I will no longer do so. Shame on you Anne and Ipsos Say. You are part of the problem, not the solution, to the issues we face in society today.
