I purchased a piece of furniture and there was an issue with the address due to an error on their website. I immediately contacted customer service and from there, the lack of support and responsiveness was HORRENDOUS. In what world is their response rate 1-2 days when I did not get a reply for over a week, during which the courier attempted to make delivery more than once but of course no one did anything to help. The products look great, but if the customer service behind the sale is this horrible, I would never buy from here again!
You pay a lot for Chinese garbage poorly made, will be returning it. Threads are coming off my bed sheets and it smells weird. STOP SELLING POOR QUALITY AND SCAMMING PEOPLE

I love la redoute - however the lastest purchase I bought was of very poor quality. Before even finishing to assemble the bathroom console it was completely ruined and scratched. So delicate and once one drop of water hit the top it bubbled 😢 we will have to throw the piece away it looks so old and used and we didn’t even move in yet.

Everything arrived quite soon. I liked the sheets I had ordered. Also high enough for my matrasses. Washed them several times in the meantime. Everything o.k. I would order again at La Redoute.
Great quality products, fast BRT shipping to your door (I live in Italy), and excellent prices with discounts. Very satisfied all around.
The quality of the carpet I bought was not good and I contacted to customer service. The only help they have provided was suggesting me to open the windows.

We bought a 70€ mirror over a month ago. It never came. It's taking them ages to either refund us or ship another one. They should have just refunded or shipped another one the first time we emailed about it, a week ago, instead they keep "checking". We need the mirror, and are waiting for their news to order a new one, it's been ages.

The product is as expected. Delivery time could be reduced
I bought a piece of furniture and received a second choice one (or maybe it is a used one). It was on sale. When I asked to change it with another one they told that that is not possible. I have to ask for a refund and buy another one new (full price). Do they sell flawed pieces when on sale?

Ordered a TV stand in november at more than 500€, when I received it, it was broken, defective, but also already used. I bought this furniture NEW and laredoute sent me a return. It's a shame. When I called multiple times they proposed me 60€ to keep this piece of wood that I could not use, a joke. But the story does not end here, 1 month (that's the time I had to wait for laredoute to send a courrier to get back this item). They sent me an email telling me that AS SOON AS the item was taken by the courrier, I will get the refund. But today, 8 days after sending back this tv stand, I still have no money, watch out, don't buy from them. They lied on the phone multiple times.
EDIT : I had to answer, Do not believe their answer, they lie again, the screw was not missing, it was not possible to fix it cause the item was DEFECTIVE and also broken. Remember that Laredoute sent me an item that was already a return, they did not send me a NEW item. You see how sneaky they are, they are answering without even talking about the fact that the item was not new. They talk about a "screw" missing, but no, the screw was inside the box ("flying" around in the box actually) since the plastic of the screws was wide OPENED. At the phone (I called instantly), they refused to take back their item before more than a month and were keeping my money while it was entirely their fault.

I've been tracking the price of a chair since November, when it cost 1045 eur. At Christmas, the price went up, and now, during the January "sales", the original list price is supposedly 1299 euros with a "25% off" discount for a total of 945 eur.
Don't fall for their sales tactics, NOTHING on that website has actually been priced down.

My experience with la redoute.it, its customer support and the delivery company BRT associated was below any basic standards.
Not only that I never received the goods, pretending that my address was incorrect, (while I am receiving dozen of items bought online at this same address). It took every time several days for the customer support la redoute to get back to me, pretending that they will solve the issue with BRT, and after 2 months of back and fourth emails, energy, time and frustration, I received a laconic email that tell me : we are sorry, ...... I asked for a commercial gesture and they proposed me a "generous" 10% discount on my next basket (not cumulated with other promotions), meaning nothing ... Very disappointing.

I recently purchased a bathroom cabinet via LaRedoute. The cabinet is good quality and entirely match what is decribed on the website... however, delivery time have been significantly longer than stated. I tried several times to reach their customer service asking to speed up this shipments... but it was useless. The cabinet has been parked in their warehouse (not far from my place) for 10 days before it was loaded on a track

It has been months and I still haven't received the refund for a faulty light. At first they said that it's not their fault if the light flickers, then they asked to send it back including the lightbulbs that weren't included with the light but I purchased separately, then once I sent the light, they claim they have never received.
SIMPLY A SCAM WEBSITE.

I ordered various lights from la redoute. One started to flicker within 2 weeks of receiving it, the others did not fit, so i had to return everything.
I had to argue with customer service about the flickering light, their first reply was"there is nothing we can do" ????? YOU sent me a FAULTY product and there is nothing you can do??? I had to remind them that under european law goods must be fit for purpose, and so a light that does not work is not fit for purpose and I am entitled to return it plus a full refund.
After arguing, they conceded and told me to return it, along with the other goods.
For returning the goods i had to wait several weeks as they had some issue and miscommunication with their courier.
It's now a few weeks later and I STILL don't have my money back. I got an email that i will be refunded but received only a part of my money.
In general it is very hard to follow the status of the orders when being returned, and the user experience on the website is terrible for when you havee issues with an order.
It is not december 10th and i started this process on October 18. No wonder people just use amazon.
Update on 11dec: la redoute replied via trust pilot saying the refund has been processed but so far i have only received the money back for 2 out of 4 items (the 2 cheapest)
