Misleading and unprofessional
Looping.nl claims to be a platform that connects sellers with buyers and says they do not negotiate prices by phone. In reality, they called me before presenting my car, lowballed it and immediately tried to push me to name my lowest price.
That is not a platform. That is a reseller trying to maximise margin, while still charging the seller a fee.
When I politely said I wanted to try selling the car myself first, the guy simply hung up on me. The conversation had been polite until then. I was genuinely ready to come back to them if I failed to sell it on my own, but that level of rudeness is shocking.
Unprofessional and disappointing.

What impressed me most was the speed. The entire process, from uploading photos to closing the deal, took less than 2 hours. Super efficient and completely hassle-free.

Slow. Send in all the information and heard nothing for a week. When i call they tell me every time that they dont know and will call back. Now they dont even pick up the phone anymore. Terrible company. Lost a week in the process!

After agreeing on a price, I was asked to take the car to the buyer in another city for delivery, but when I arrived, the gentleman didn't like the car and refused to buy it. Since then, I haven't been able to reach Looping in any way; for some reason, they never respond or get back to me. I wasted 120 kilometers and ruined my day and plans...

The process went very smooth. I called Looping and they assigned an agent Levy, he was so quick, took the picture of the car from me and less than an hour, he arranged the deal with a dealer. Thanks for the good and smooth service.

Best experinece - comparing to other options out there!
I tried to use all 3 main car selling forums (wijkopenautos.nl - ikwilvanmijnautoaf.nl - looping.nl) to sell my Suzuki Vitara.
(1) Experience with wijopenautos.nl
I used online assessment. First time it was one value, then I submitted same details after a week, then even lower value and third time the third week it was highest value. They say Gauranteed Value - I booked delivery appointment. On the day of appointment, I get offer even lower than the lowest value that I get from one of the three valuations. Reason was that I am selling my car too early than last purchase so it has decreased the value. Something they could have checked forehand. I really felt being exploited. They try to bring you to their doorfront but dont offer the same.
(2) ikwilvamijnautoaf.nl - I submitted the details and get first reponse after I guess a week or so and value was worst ever.
(3) Looping.nl - it was really transparent. they were not playing the game of valuing online without even pictures and exploiting afterwards. Rather, they assign a sales agent, who connects, get all the details, propose realistic value, gets go ahead and connect within their networks of delaerships, then negotiations process happens, a value comes up, agreement draft comes in place, if there is no major change in condition, you get exact pyament, pickup from your doorstep, little fee to be paid. For me the whole process of registering with them to selling went smooth and within 2 hours of less I guess. Had to settle at 200 euros less than value agreed on the day of pickup but that was based on some observation by buying dealer and needed to be discussed and negotiated. Obviously was not a hard blocker.
All in all, best experience with Looping.nl - should be the first priority whenever you want to sell your car, conviniently, with tansparency and even sitting at your home.

The process of easy and smooth. The Looping representative was very friendly. I believe he tried his best to get me a decent deal. The buyer for my motorcycle was also very professional and came and picked up the motorcycle on date and time promised. Payment was easy and paying looping was pretty straight forward too. Another company with super lowball offers
Good = they speak english and communicate fast.
Bad = they offer too low like way lower than dealers trade in prices(for second hand bikes). You should not reach to them unless you are in a serious debt.
