Wasted quarter of an hour today at…

Wasted quarter of an hour today at Magasin today. All prices were shown after a so-called Goodie card discount. Actual prices were much higher and shown with a tiny (almost illegible print). That's what I call a rip-off! Got my money back and will never visit your store again. Shame on you!

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.

I bought a Christmas calendar for my son 5 days ago.
I called yesterday to hear why it hasn’t been delivered and was told that magasin would email me.
They didn’t.
I called back today and was told that it wasn’t sent out. Nor could they tell me when it would be.
They said that everything was delayed by Black Friday.
But Black Friday isn’t a surprise? It’s an event that can be planned and executed well.
I believe it’s illegal in Denmark to take money before the product has been shipped?

Extremely disappointed

Ordered a gift was happy with fast delivery but they sent a very wrong item instead of a shirt they sent a lipstick. The shirt was supposed to be worn at an event but since magazin is incapable of sending the correct items that plan goes out of the window. Extremely disappointed. Really didn’t expect worse service that temu from a name that big.

Still no bag or refund after 7 weeks

I bought my Coccinelle bag on 1 July, but barely got to use it before the strap came off — a clear manufacturing fault. I returned it to Magasin on 9 September, and it’s now been over 7 weeks with no bag and no refund.

Repairs should be handled within a reasonable time (usually max 4 weeks according Danish consumer law), so this is really disappointing. I’ve asked for a refund but haven’t heard back. Not what I’d expect from Magasin.

Rude customer service at jewellery department

I was waiting in the queue for my turn at the jewellery department and the (blond, curly hair, about 25 years old) sales assistant completely ignored me and went to other customers, like I was invisible. I told her I was waiting and that it was my turn. She blaimed me as "she couldn't keep track on people". Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Poor, poor customer service. I wanted to buy a necklace but I left.

Men's Suits Section

I really would like to shout out my great experience with Villas at the Oscar Jacobson desk. I was in desperate need for a suit while on holiday after the one I had packed with me was ruined by my hotel's dry cleaning service. After explaining my situation, Villas was able to quickly determine the perfect color and size I would need. After trying on two suits, I had exactly what I needed.

His fast, friendly service saved the day and I am eternally grateful.

Online order arrived in pieces

I ordered a Hermés perfume and some high end beauty products which got shipped in a simple plastic bag. The boxes got totally destroyed, arrived wide open, the eye lash mascaras falling out. Not the first time my online order gets damaged due to negligent packaging :(

Bunch of crooks, online & instore they had 25% off 250ml giftbox Byredo until 01.01
Before price 3130 & now 2347;
I went in to buy it today in store, & they refused to sell it to me for the price i saw on friday & online.
Im super disappointed in them not honouring their advertised price & poor treatment😞

Poor service

Had a typo in the first review, therefore I deleted and post again here…

I bought something on Magasin online and got it delivered. I was waiting for the lip gloss to be on sale (black Friday sales) - which it became the 26th. Now was the chance to buy it - for some reason it was not all colors within the exact same brand (Gisou) - but as a consumer I of course concluded, that was because the sale would only be on specific colors.

Then a couple of days later the 28th all colors is all of a sudden on sale - exact same product just different color, and I therefore reach out to the chat. Because that doesn't make sense.

I'm then told that nothing can be done - I can either drive 160 km to refund or send back - but then have the charge of sending back and postage to buy again.

At the same time they tell me, that they don't understand why the brand was on sale the 26th because it was not suppose to be on sale before the 28th (which is the day I chatted with you about it). What? That is exactly the reason why I'm then mislead as a consumer and bought already - some was by mistake already put on sale, and I had followed it for days to check when the sale started om Gisuo.

Really doesn't make sense to me, that Magasin is not offering some sort of service based on this like a simple refund. All other big Danish companies would like Bilka, BR, POWER, Elgiganten, Bauhaus... I could go on.

Why is Magasin so different when it comes to this service? Especially when they don't understand themselves, why a product was put on sale to early and therefore not all colors within the exact same product? Really doesn’t make sense

Fake discount on website

It was Black Friday offer on the webshop. 72% off from the item i bought. After i recieved, i found out be fully charged as original Price, so did ask to refund the difference amount.
But They reply the website technical problem harpende, so i should pay full Price or return…
Waste time and very bad service for this case.

Disappointed

Have ordered shampoo and conditioner but when I went to pick up the package, it was empty. I immediately called customer service and they sent me a widow to make a complaint. I did but since I haven't heard from them in 2 weeks, I contacted them myself. Then I got the answer that they should close the case because they contacted the postal agent and vsrulager who said that the package was not empty. Was so disappointed! don't want to pay SEK 1000 for an empty package. Will never shop there again!

Bad experience

I received the wrong package with my name and the adress on it.
I tried to call them but the customer service wasn’t available and the answer machine only told me to go to the nearest store.
On the return label inside of the package I found the other name and the adress, I was googling it I found the phone number. I called the woman and told her that I got her package and she was also pissed because she got the wrong one as well.
That one was mine.
I drove to her and we switched the packages. We were lucky that they switched those two, otherwise I don’t even want to think about returning it and getting what I actually ordered. Such a big mistake and such a bad service.

HORRIBLE customer service

Writing it in english so everyone knows. my order number is 05086941 i ordered two makeup items but received only one which was also fully shattered. They didn’t reply on email so i contacted them on messenger. They kept asking for more pictures. i’ve sent them 6 photos so far and they are saying they can’t do anything. The customer service is horrible. I’m thinking of taking the broken item to the store so they can see it in person, what about the missing item? i will never order from them again.

A couple of really bad experiences with…

A couple of really bad experiences with Magasin.

1. -20% signs everywhere, but when you buy you pay what the sticker price is. They say it is -20%, the perfume I bought says 610kr and if you go to the website you will see that is the normal price.

2. to buy it at 610kr (which has a false -20% on it) you have to be a member of the Magasin club and receive spam. There should be a law against this.

Terrible experience, next time will order it online from another shop.

do not buy anything from MAGASIN if dont want headech or probelms.

and the way they service. you feel like kind of in jail.
