This has been great experience of finding tiles that we needed and delivered 2 days later as another seller informed us on delay of 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend it - good quality and excellent prices.
I will never purchase from Maxaro again
I will never purchase from Maxaro again. The service I experienced was the worst I have encountered in my life, marked by a complete lack of empathy and customer care.
Today, a delivery was made for a full bathroom order consisting of two pallets weighing over 600 kg. While the delivery driver had a mechanical forklift and was able to unload the pallets from the truck and bring them to the entrance of my building, he refused to move them inside, even just past the front door. I explained that I was alone, far along in my pregnancy, that it was raining and the materials could be damaged, and that my building has a large elevator and no stairs, so there was no obstacle to bringing the pallets inside. Despite this, the driver showed zero empathy and categorically refused to help. He simply asked for my name, took photos for proof of delivery, and left. I was left alone with two pallets weighing over 600 kg on the street, unable to move them in any way.
Maxaro later points to a clause stating that “goods are delivered up to the first doorstep on the ground floor.” This raises two serious issues. First, this condition is only communicated after the purchase, once thousands of euros have already been paid. Second, even if this clause exists, the lack of basic human decency and customer care shown is unacceptable. Using the forklift for a few extra seconds to place the goods just inside the building, especially given my condition, would have cost nothing.
This experience was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable for a company selling high-value products. I have lost all trust in Maxaro and will certainly never purchase from them again.

I have no complaints about the products themselves; however, the delivery driver was not helpful at all. On my pallet, there was a bathroom radiator that was too tall to pass through my gate. The radiator was attached to the pallet with tape, so I asked the driver to remove it so the pallet could fit through the gate. He then said "this is not my job".
I then started removing it myself, but he said he could not wait and removed the trolley from under the pallet. After I removed the radiator, I had to move the pallet—still full of products—into my house by myself, without the trolley.
This was a very frustrating experience, especially first thing in the morning.

The shipping was quick, unfortunately one component was wrong but customer service picked my call and in few minutes they set a date for the replacement. Two business day later the problem was fix and the wrong parcel collected.
I'm now using the shower box and it looks just fine so big up from me for this company

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
My Worst customer experience ever. They delivered incorrect tiles and are not ready to take responsibility of carrying it back. Even after multiple complains, their customer service threatened me that they wouldn't process my order or provide me any refund until I don't push myself to physical exertion of bringing their WRONG DELIVERY to them. Their customer care executive today held me responsible for their blunder. They are the most irresponsible service one can ever have and also WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

We ordered the 'Diamond Douchecabine | 90x90 cm Koper Helder glas Draaideur Vierkant' in March. Upon delivery, the bathroom renovation company noted a discrepancy in the hinges of the douche. They claimed this was a manufacturing defect. Given the urgent situation, we figured it wouldn't be a problem and continued using it as is. However, as the days went by, hinges started falling down. I filled out the service form and requested assistance, along with the pictures. After receiving a call from Maxaro, they confirmed there were no issues with the product and wished me good luck. This is a company with highly skilled staff who can tell from photos that there's no problem with the product. They should send a professional to clarify this, but they have employees who claim the product is fine with a phone call.

The customer satisfaction is beyond my expectation. Every time I encounter with Maxaro, I was happier than before. Since from designing to availability, delivery and renewal. In Every step I feel valued. Construction is not easy but Maxaro helped me handle this even when construction company or transportation company makes mistakes. I advise to everyone : you have to work with Maxaro, as a foreigner living in NL, Maxaro helped me feel like I am not alone on my renovation.

The cabinents broke after 2 months of purchase, got involved with customer service.
They say not replacable and not able to use the warranty, so I have to pay 150 euros more for replacement, myself, and asked me to pick those up myself... Not possible for delivery.
Then for the payment, can't use credit card anymore (which is the way I used during the original payment). & can't update the invoice from yet-to-pay, to paid...
For sorting this out, it costs 13 emails, for what??? & 3 days of communication, don't we all have better things to do?
Poor quality, poor warranty insurance (cuz can't use it), and the new replacement purchase+getting the proper invoice+delivery is a nightmare.
Please choose carefully before paying a premium for such an experience.
