It started over 80 years ago, when an ambitious young man named Miles went into business with a simple idea: to market a Christmas card in which the design spelled out the name of the sender. With a Minneapolis phone book and some borrowed cash, Miles printed and mailed a card personalized “Johnson” to every household with that name in the Twin Cities. The response was fantastic, and provided Miles Kimball with enough seed money to produce his first catalog.
Decades later, Christmas cards — the idea that started it all — are still produced and personalized in Oshkosh. Specializing in exclusively designed ornaments, labels, children’s accessories, outdoor decor and gifts, the personal touch continues to be the Miles Kimball hallmark. Order craft labels
Order craft labels, and 9 weeks later they had not arrived. All kinds of apologies and an offer of discount coupons. When trying to order new merchandise, the coupons were not honor. Im a blind crafter, and was unable to sell my items without the labels. Terrible customer service.

Fast delivery, accurate products, and excellent personalization. The preview feature allowed me to confirm and adjust customization before purchase. A smooth and satisfying experience.
Unprofessional
I've purchased some address labels. I never agreed any membership. Today I was charged twenty one dollars.And some change for a membership for address Labels for my envelopes does that make any sense. Scam. I called up and they said I should have gotten an email.I archived, all my emails ffrom them, and I did not receive one email about a membership. So I canceled, and now they got over twenty one dollars.And some change. If they do that 21 million people, that's twenty one million dollars they made, and didn't give one customer anything. Never again..scam
Christmas Order
I received my order today and I am very pleased with the items I ordered from the Miles Kimball catalog. They have different products you don't see in stores. I love my cushions for my rocking chair! The homemade ornament is adorable 😍!
Their website has issues
Their website has issues. I clicked submit but I never got any indication that the order went through. It just stayed on the same page so I hit submit again. Same thing, no confirmation that the order went through so I closed the page and ordered the same product on Amazon. Then I see an email confirmation my order. I check my bank account and I have two pending charges. I call them and they tell me the 2nd charge is just a preauthoration and will just fall off inn7 days. My money is on hold, not available until then and hopefully it will fall of because these guys were not even interested canceling my order so I have 3 geese, hopefully, coming my way.

Ridiculously poor customer service
Ridiculously poor customer service. The website repeatedly said there was a problem with my info, to check and try again. After doing this twice I gave up. Imagine my surprise when 3 charges showed up for the one item. I immediately contacted customer service who responded with, “ We are unable to systematically void them, and the release of funds must be done per your bank or card issuers regulations. Our suggestion is to contact your provider to find out what their specific regulations are for releasing these pre-authorizations.” Is that customer service? The response also suggested the error was mine, “ All the billing information has to be correct for a successful authorization. If you are incurring multiple authorizations, it is generally due to a mis-key of pertinent information such as your billing address for the card being used, the card number, card expiration date or its CVV code.” The same error message remained on the screen for my attempted purchase when I decided their website wasn’t working and closed the tab.
I have screenshots of the page showing the error message and the customer service page showing an item in my cart 11 minutes later. Seems this site is either run very poorly, or is a scam.
***Wanted to add that the charges WERE reversed, and the issue has been resolved.
I just wanted a Porch Goose
I just wanted a Porch Goose. Somehow I ended up with a full sized with no outfits and a mini with outfits. I re-ordered outfits for the large one. It wasn't worth it to return the other stuff, but they sent me a coupon code in the box, so I used it. Apparently this is for a VIP program that I am now signed up for and was charged an additional $20.00. When I emailed Customer service they said there was a 7 day trial and this had now expired. But I could email someone else if I wanted to. I have started the internal run around. This is a very deceptive business practice. I won't be ordering anything else from Miles Kimball.

Placed a simple order for home decor, everything seemed fine until I noticed an extra charge on my card a week later. When I called to ask, I was told it was for a “membership” I never agreed to. No email confirmation, no notice — just an automatic charge. Tried to cancel it and was told I had to “wait for the billing cycle to end.” Customer service was rude, dismissive, and clearly reading off a script. It’s like they’re trained to deflect instead of help. Never trusting this company again.

Horrible customer service and horrible ordering process. The coupons they send out don’t work. They refuse to ship items that you’ve paid for unless you pay a separate invoice that has already been paid. Scam artists.

First time using this company to order a porch goose. They wouldn't fill my order because they claimed my credit card was declined in October 2020 for an automatic order from one of their parent companies. What?! Never have I ordered from this company or parent companies and I never will. This company is shady and they better refund my money.

I have never been so upset with a company. Number one I paid my account off in full in September . I’ve continuously got a $14.99 bill every month. I called them today to pay the $14.99 and to close out the account. There customer service dept is horrible, rude and hangs up on you and won’t even help you.
Needless to say it took me1-1/2 to shut my account down and they refused to help me. They kept hanging up on me and giving me non working phone numbers. I got a toll free number to close down the care plan added to the account! Just hope my account is closed down! Absolutely the most terrible customer service ever had! I will not be shopping with them anymore!

Not feeling good about my order ...
I placed my order for a large porch goose and an outfit. Payed with PayPal and didn't realize it converted the order address to my old address. I called customer service and I was able to update the shipping address. I thought everything was fine, but 5 days after I placed the order I got charged $19.95 for their VIP program that I never signed up for. When talking with the representative, I tried to confirm that the order was going to the address I updated with customer service the last time and she informed me it was not, in fact, updated.
As a customer, I understand mistakes happen. A mistake happened on my end where my method of payment converted the order to a previous address. I called and verified with a customer service representative that it was updated. Then, when I got mysteriously charged $19.95 for a VIP subscription, I called in to cancel. Took 25 minutes to cancel and on top of it all, found out that my address was never fixed from my first time calling.
I'm trusting that the company makes it right. This is a gift for someone and I'm trying to be patient.
Advent Candles Broken -- THREE TIMES
I've given Advent Candles to family & friends for over 20 years. In 20 years I have never had one broken candle. This year I ordered from Miles Kimball. I will NEVER order from this company again. I placed my first order the first week of November. Recipients start to burn their candles on December 1. I mailed some candles separated to individuals, and I had 6 candles sent to my home. 1st order - All 6 candles were broken. I called and asked for replacements to be sent and asked if they could package the box more carefully. They did do a better job packing, but 2 of the 6 candles were still broken in the 2nd delivery. I called and asked for 2 more candles to be sent. I also asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called. I placed that last order on November 17, and the 2 replacement candles arrived today--Dec. 5. Both candles broken, box broken open, not one shred of packing material in the box. Do I need to say more?
Worse Customer Service ever!!
I was trying to change my credit card info for my rewards program. I was on the phone for 2 hrs. Their customer service SUCKS! Either these people don't want to do their jobs or they're incompetent. I never did get the issue solved. They can cancel me!
